I've tried this twice; Once with the MSI thing (I didn't want) and once without. Neither install created an RTSS shortcut. MSI monitor would not pass me over to RTSS. RTSS w/n start, neither from the start menu nor from the .exe file in the install directory. I was referred to this program in order to slow down map-scrolling in an older game by limiting the frame-rate. I didn't even know that was possible. Can you recommend a program that actually works for this application? Oh, and the .PDF's wouldn't open, either.
Either you got a damaged download or your system was already screwed up. Can you open any other pdf? Do a complete uninstall (without keeping any user data), restart your pc(!), get a new download: Guru3D RTSS Rivatuner Statistics Server Download (either 7.2.3 or 7.3.0beta) Then do a fresh install.
