I vaguely remember Sweeney stating that one of the advantages of EGS is there's no trash games on it. Subjectively one might argue. This is game #44 I'll gladly skip.
This one is indeed good I don't like this kind of games, but I have friends who like them alot. I just hope they will abandon nvidia sponsorship and optimise more for AMD, being more user friendly. Also, GIANTS ENGINE 8 (current one) idk why, but it feels pretty bad. Also, let's not talk about DX11
Then you missed out on a bunch. I have 80 Games on my account, take away 3 of them (Unreal Tournament, Fortnite and Battlebreakers) and that makes 77 giveaways.
Indeed I have. That's mostly from the last 3 months. Free stuff is nice. It has to be a real train-wreck of a game for me not to accept a freebie.
This is great for people who already have the game on Steam. You have to purchase a second copy of the game if you want to run a server, Giants won't provide a dedicated server to the public. This solves that issue nicely.
Thanks. Posted this news to hunting groups watsapp group with sales numbers (2million last summer). Some older actual farmers in that group... Now I wait for comments
I spent a decent amount of time in one too. I have to agree with you......plowing is not the most compelling or exciting aspect of farm/ranch work (yet i did always prefer it to branding/vaxing/and steer-making of cattle). It did however lead me to my love of AM talk radio. Its been a while since i did any plowing, but i would love to get in one of these fancy new gps guided tractors. I did get to use an ultra-modern CAT road grader, and it was sweet. Barely any work at all compared to old graders that required working all your limbs at the same time like you were playing a pipe organ.
It was the same with Euro/American Truck Simulator games. Truck-driving friends of mine wanted nothing to do with them. But I guess games like these are good for people not in those professions, as it might give them more appreciation for the folks who are actually doing those jobs.
