My dedicated video card does not work with PowerDVD and Mirillis Splash Video Player. If I put these programs on "High Performance" in the graphics settings, Splash crashes, while PowerDVD, to any video that I play it says: "This media is not supported", but it is not true because these media work very well on the Intel card.

Be sure to run the latest BIOS/Windows/Driver and software versions.

Got same issue with embedded vega on ryzen 3 and dedicated 5500m (msi alpha 15) when i want to use 3d stuff.
I Also try to disable integrated gpu, but no change.

In fact, powerdvd (i try 17 & 19) doesn't handle gpu change at all even with recent driver (2020.1.1).

In my pov, we have to wait for powerdvd to fix the issue.
