    And thats my vega.

    All that means is, amd has done nothing with the drivers for this type of load .

    lets see when they do

    DK... I have ran it several times and I always get very close to the same score(3850s-3870s) And I have seen Radeon 7s get that 4400 mark... What settings were you using? I was- 2560x1440/ Ultra/ Full screen.... just check youtube.... looks like:

    Vega64- stock 3600's overclocked 3800's
    5700 close to Vega64 (3800's)
    5700XT and Radeon VII 4400-4500's

    Ah, My result was 1080p Ultra, I've since run the benchmark at 1440p and the score is 2276 - I will add though I'm using the lower power bios on my Fury (I hate how hot it gets on the max power bios - never getting an upto 300w TDP gpu again).

    Waiting for next gen 6000 series (or big navi) and/or prices to come down on at least the 5700xt but this R600 2900XT I mean Fiji R9 Fury still has life in her yet :D (It's actually funny but my 4690k was bottlenecking the Fury, in a fair few games I played, I've seen max FPS increase).

    Does anyone know if 20.1 series has done anything to fix the broken Crossfire on Vega in a bunch of titles? (Faulty since 19.5.1, usually tearing or total artifacted garbage, crashes with Enhanced Sync. 19.12.x was likewise broken.)

    hi guys ,i have the saphhire vega 64 Lc , i have tryed everything but it doesnt boost when i am in games (exept for unreal) then again in all benches it hits the 1750mhz that it suppose to when i get in to Lol,CsGo,Doom(both modes)pathologic and other similar games it stays maximum at 1250 ,i tryed many versions of drivers and i cant find any reason why the card does that .
    Ofc cause its the Lc(liquid cooled)never gets over 45-50c
    Thnx in advance
    steve

    Ok so start by giving it more power like 26% check boost. But also monitor hot spot . If it's at 110c will trottle . If this happens change the thermal paste for a good one.

    Now psu are you using 2 cables or just one , if just one put 2 in.

    1250mhz it's dropping to P3 or 4 state. Try undervolting a bit by 50mv per state .

    Good luck

    You are running at 1080p or different resolution? Check if vsync is not ON in your games or if you have any frame limiter software activated

    if so it would prevent my card from boosting as well

    Hot spot on XTX LC will never surpass 75deg (in really hot summer, weak optimised game).
    Now in Winter i have ~52-65deg. (depends on game, in BFV i get 52deg)

    @stefanos
    Try to set some OC and Play games, im not using boost at all.
    Set all on Manual then make some Profiles in OverdriveN Tool.
    For Heavy games and light ones.

    1600MHz 975mV
    1750 1118mV (~28k in FS).
    MemTweak at CL16 etc.

    Note:
    You need to set at Wattman -Manual- every time You've installed new driver.

    Is there still a benefit of the overdriven tool when like me you own a LC 64 card?

    I am on latest 2020 drivers with the card boosting at 1750mhz and also using mem tweak tool so really wondering what i can get out of this tool if anything?

    Ok i forgot to give some details , 1st since i upgrade to the new driver there is no wattman anywher ,also i did try to manual everything i did tryed to give voltage to every state ,i did also the +50% (from afterburner all this ) and as for thermals again i will say that the card never gets over 50c at any time .i also figure it out that it stays in P3 P4 states for no reasons in games ,but it goes to full states in benches with no problems .if i OC things around i get black screen or drivers crashing ,i mean ok in benches is ok i got the Memory to 1000 and the core to 1850 but then again the card behaves strangely in Chrome or games .also in stock clocks i get in 1080p res in heaven a score of like 2400 wich is around the same as my old 980ti on the same system made

    now as for the system it runs on a Hx1000 corsai with single cable for each 8pin (not daisy chained)and the system is a Asus zenith Extreme with a Tr 1920X ,at one point i though might be the TR ,so i put it on my other machine (again HX1000 but with Asus x299 Apex and i9 7960X) and still got the same results and ofc all are full custom Wc so thermals are out of the question here,and i run on a 144hz non vsync 1080pmonitor .

    yes I am fine with both my UV and OC achievement even with the new 2020 drivers so I will leave overdriven tool alone

    If I'm not mistaken AMD memory tweak works under linux. check. I use in under win. It's great.

    Wattman-GTK is what you need.
    Works a treat.
    Also you can CLI, but having a GUI wins everyone and everytime.
    Ahem, almost.

    20.4 vs 20.1 vs 19.3 vs 19.2 (if i remember correctly ;))

    -> https://www.3dmark.com/compare/fs/21656229/fs/21573317/fs/21271492/fs/21130013

    Im always testing new drivers with this OC (GPU is not surpasing BIOS default = 264tW, therefore You'll know the IPC Gain).

    ==
    As an side note i can add that we now have +1500pts better 3Dmark than when was Vega released, so i can confirm that Fine Wine is True :p
