The 10 best games of the past 10 years

Some weird choices... the only ones that deserve it are Breath of the Wild, Skyrim, Dark Souls and Portal 2. These lists are super reliant on the preferences and tastes of the individual that made the list. Imo it would be more interesting to see this list after doing a huge survey.

 

remember Unreal Tournament? this was a great fun lan game back in the day.

It's a TIME Magazine list, as in just one of a big bunch of TIME top 10 lists. As I posted above, their 'best PS4 games to play' list from two weeks earlier doesn't even contain the PS4 titles on their best of the decade list, even though an absolute PS4 CLASSIC like The Rest of US is in the PS4 list. And waddayaknow, the same guy is responsible for both those lists...

There is a reason i mainly play late 90s and early 2000 games the past 2 years.

Any list that doesn't have Witcher 3 on it can't be taken very seriously.

 

These lists are always subjective but the omission of The Witcher 3 while instead having My Little Pony: Barbie Dress-Up in it's place. Or whatever game made the cut instead. Makes this list laughable.

 

Portal 2 - no idea why ?

That's still one of the highest rated games.

Agree with the rest, but this ruined the whole list. I rarely played it, but it's really an amazing game (just because it's old, doesn't mean it's not good, we talk about best games of the last 10 years, we could easly pick only newly released games because "surely" they are "best")

Man that is depressing. MOAR COD. We want MOAR COD. Crazy and depressing. Activision should release five COD games every year i think they could overtake the whole list for the next decade.
