Do people even use the newish driver features? I don't use... anti-lag, enhanced sync, chill, frtc, I'm on windows 7 so no sharpening.
I do use Freesync and Relive. I've tried all the others and they can have their uses, but atm all are just off.

Anti-lag, Enhanced sync, Chill, Freesync, RIS, FRT, HBCC and Relive (for screens).
Not all options in all games ;)

    e.g. No chill in BFV.

I use Enhanced Sync, Anti-Lag for some games, I recently started using Chill, Freesync always, RIS too.
Only thing I do not use is Relive.

Enhanced sync isnt working well with freesync in my case. I've noticed some stuttering so i just leave it off. Also using ris, its nice.

Since I'm still using an FX8320 (still waiting on motherboard and RAM to arrive for my 3600), I use Anti-lag in just 1 game, it doesn't work well in games that are CPU bottlenecked. Enhanced sync I used to use all the time before I got a freesync monitor but since I got 1, it seems pointless (but I see people enabling with FS???). Chill is awesome, I use it about half my games but after I get my 3600 up and running I'll probably switch to Anti-lag. FCTC I used to enable but it's better to use chill as FRTC seems to cause input lagg. RIS is enabled, I absolutely love it but right now I can only use in DX9/10/11 games if I use DXVK or D9VK. I'm really not a big fan of it being a global toggle though since there are games where you can't turn off sharpening. Relive I use sometimes when I quickly need to record something but I leave it disabled when not using. VSR I haven't used since I got this 1440p monitor but there's really not too many games my 570 can play at 4k anyways but I might try it sometime.

GPU-Z was also updated today for supporting this and what I guess is the Adrenaline 2020 driver (Wonder if it changed something to require that?) unless NVIDIA is pushing a newer driver branch too so said driver can't be too far out. :)
    https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-gpu-z/

EDIT: Well it kinda says AMD driver right there doesn't it...definitively has to be the NVIDIA 445.xx or something ha ha!

Oh well probably ... soon. :D
(Guess it might be a bit before the 5500's go on sale so might not be the general Wednesday release cycle, would be nice with a early week release for this new driver hah.)

Did you try OCCT 3D test with error detection? I immediately get errors with those settings.

I hadn't used OCCT in years, but you were right, took 1.151v to not get errors.
OCCT pushed the junction temperature to 110c after 30 minutes, LoL, the fuzzy donut is a killer.

I have managed to get my temps down to core just over 70c hot spot 85c and mem temps 80c by placing a fan blowing across the card to the back of the case

my msi mech oc has open ended fins so the extra fan mnakes the air travel 1 way instead of both

I use Anti-Lag, Chill and Freesync. Especially as I am on a reference Vega (I will move to a Morpheus II soon), it reduces the noise and power consumption dramatically. With the better cooler, I'd like to use Anti-Lag more in shooters, e.g. Battlefield 1 and V as I noticed quite a bit of reduction while gaming with it, but power consumption is around 200 - 220 W with that feature and it would be great if Anti-Lag could be mixed with Chill.

is morpheus II compatible with vega, or you mean you'll get a vega edition?
I can't find vega edition anywhere here in EU :-(.
