Can someone Confirm: Can PS4Pro output 5.1 or 7.1 trough USB port or Just stereo? I heard rumors that just stereo BUT how then all Sony Brand PS4 headsets work? I have sony premium that supports virtual 7.1 and 3D audio.
What about Switch? Is it stereo only or can output 5.1/7.1?

It is a stereo signal. Virtual 7.1 and 3Daudio is basically resampled, in stereo things are recorded right and left, in the real world although a sound might be dominate to one side the other ear picks up on the sound at a slightly different time and pitch, the resample uses this time difference to create 3D audio.

Is this a pure Bandwidth issue?
Maybe Sony only allows their own hardware to get 7.1 from USB is it possible? On PC a USB 2.0 Port outputs 7.1 in 32Bit/192Hz [I have Sound Blaster X3], so it should have enough bandwidth.
    Whats going on here?

Exactly what I was thinking... motherboard onboard sound has come a long way and generally is more than enough for most people.
