complete nightmare off a install,,, god dam thing black screened me when i was watching youtube out of the blue thought my pc crashed but this driver self installed or was forced
and to top it off the driver installed but i ended up loosing my control panel lol so had to downooad nvidia control panel from microsoft store wich sorted it, what a complete faff if i wanted this driver i would have instaled it manually whats with the forcing people crap.

 

Had mine on pause , guess what the 7 days had pass, was about to pause again , that's when i saw the download at 10 percent, at first i thought it was a new build.

Who manually forced you to join a BETA TESTING PROGRAM? This is what you're participating in. Minor inconveniences are part of it. Surely you're not using on a critical system.

 

You can opt out of driver updates with fast updates, but I'm a masochist and it seems to work best this way so far. These betas don't seem to like drivers for some stuff hardware and it gets stuck on updates and the scanning for new hardware, crashes the system lulz. If I get any errors in BFV or 7D2D, I'll edit this

 

@ManuelG do these support Tier 1.1 Raytracing, Sample Feedback and DX Mesh Shaders on 20h1?

 

Can anyone on insider builds please package the non-DCH driver for us to try?

Thanks for rapid quick respond, can u also tell me if there is any disadventage of using it?
I mean i know that Windows Insider OS build are problematic with battle eye and other anti-cheat software,
but this is only drivers, should I worried?
I am intrested in this driver because it comes with new Vulkan version, and potentially could improve my RDR2 experiance.

 

I just installed them an hour ago.Played Warcraft & Rdr2. Both worked fine.

Strange... I think it is DCH only :\ it installs on my PC the DCH version but previously it was installing standard version

 

It's not new at all and there were several multi-GPU boards during the lifetime of CUDA. Has nothing to do with Ampere or Hopper specifically.

What is also interesting is the option Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling in Graphics Settings on windows 10 . It appears only on versions pushed via WU

EDIT: I just notice that new Hotfix drivers 441.34 came out with specific optimization for RDR2, and now I am thinking is this driver with newer Vulkan better then 441.34 hotfix that is designetet to improve rdr2
