yeah constant 60 for me, it was set on default to epic settings, did not try other ones. Game looks decent enough, no HDR though.

 

Seemed to just be that one spot, im set on epic settings 1440p 144hz ( wont go to 165hz )

The parts after run fine and the game looks really nice. Its Sekiro with a lightsaber lol

That's a nice suprise that it is using Unreal Engine 4. Thought it would be using Frostbite like every other EA release. Respawn used the creaky old Source engine (albeit tweaked heavily) for Titanfall, Titanfall 2 and Apex Legends, didn't they?

 

I'm sorry, my mouth started to water after reading that. Looks like I've found something for the winter to enjoy.

 

You don't need to leave vpn on once you get into the game. OMG, the atmosphere in this game is amazing.

 

Its got 4 difficulty settings, even one just called " Story ". They change the values of damage received and dealt and also the time window for parrying attacks.

 

So anyone playing, is it worth to buy right away or just play through on their origin access ?

 

Anyone whos unlocked this how is it compared to jedi knight games?

From the streams, what I've seen so far (not much), it looks like a pretty solid single player game. Lot of platforming ala Uncharted. If the story is well written and game takes more than 20 hours to complete, I might pick it up on sale.

 

Yeah pretty good so far, very cinematic. Performance is solid apart from some strange frame dips on the first planet, almost as if loading was going on.
