But it never received any official Windows 10 Drivers from Intel themselves, even though on the support page Linux is still getting driver updates to this day. It still works on Windows 10 using the Microsoft Drivers, but I was wondering if there are third-party modded drivers for Intel Ethernet Network Cards such as this one? I looked around but couldn't find any around. I don't have issues with it to be honest, just wondering if there might be performance boosts or new features that can be gained via modded drivers or official Intel Support for Windows 10.

Have you actually checked the driver details? When Microsoft installs its own drivers in most cases they are OEM ones actually.
"This product is not supported on this operating system. Aborting setup." I'm going to extract it using 7zip and try to install it manually through device manager, but I believe I done that a year ago and non-Windows 10 Intel drivers didn't work. Driver dated June 2018. Provider is Microsoft Signed by Microsoft
that doesn't mean a great deal though, because microsoft can include older drivers than intel actually has available (and often does).
Trying to install it manually via device manager, not sure which of these does my network card fall under: PRO40GB PRO100 PRO1000 PROXGB

The included driver is definitely newer than the proset packages. e1i65x64.sys = NDIS 6.5 e1i63x64.sys = 6.3 (Windows 8) e1i62x64.sys = 6.2 (Windows 7 / ProWin Legacy)
I downloaded Intel`s drivers https://downloadcenter.intel.com/do...Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-8-1-?product=47620 And here are the names of drivers You can be sure that your "e1i65x64.sys" is from Intel too. PS And Astyanax is right about NDIS6.5 - driver files have "65" in their names (I just checked in the Intel bundle).
So what I gather from this is that the current driver that Microsoft installed automatically is the best one and I do not need to change it or look for a way to install one from Intel's site? If so, thank you for your help in return, both of you.
May be not the best, but most definitely the driver was supplied by Intel. Do you see the list of settings at "Advanced" tab? I posted the picture of Realtek drivers (at work rig). Before I installed latest drivers from Realtek the list of advanced settings was very short (coming from drivers provided by Windows).
