In Dx9 games exist a interesting feature how to make transparent textures visible. Turn on Eqaa+ Surface Optimisation. But it works only for DX9 games.Maybe exist another way?

Try FRT at 142/143FPS (Hz)
Also try to disable E.Sync -> set OFF, app. decides

 

Under 60 fps, the screen tearing have. vsync does not activate. how to fix ?

E.Sync ON, then OFF
FRT at desired FPS ON or OFF
Disable chill.

Depends on Game, for BFV/1 i need to disable FRT, leaving only 74FPS in user.cfg.
You need to go try & error rute, i can't help much more.

Does anyone know what the "StutterMode" setting actually does? RadeonMod says the valid values are 0, 1, and 2, but in my registry it is set to 8202 by default.

I also had a rather harrowing experience, I changed StutterMode, Main3D, Main3D_DEF, and Main3D_SET all to 0. Then when I hit restart driver, it went into software mode, and never came back. The card would not show up in device manager or anywhere else, windows said it was not connected. When I rebooted and went into the BIOS the display was corrupted into rainbow colours.

Luckily I had an APU so I was able to fiddle about in windows using the onboard graphics, I tried a lot of things including pulling it out of the case and putting it back in, but nothing could make the card work again, but as far as windows was concerned it did not exist at all. In the end I took the card out and left it on the desk overnight. In the morning when I plugged it back in and it worked again.

So now I am a bit wary of this stuttermode setting. It would be nice to have some explanation as to what it does. Normally I would just experiment and try to observe what it does but I'm not too eager to do that anymore.

I can't say for sure, all options that i know (99% sure) is clarified in Mod.

You can always Tweak & test to see what it does (write down original value to revert back).
