Did you try to manually set it to 3.0 in bios?

Not yet. Think that might the problem!?
I mean i absolutely find it very strange that a B350 board even mentions PCI-E 4.0, but i didnt think it could be causing all of this.

It could, we have in our driver team a colleague who had a similar issue, except he has X470 STRIX mobo.
But for him, flashing the latest bios helped. He didn't have an option in BIOS to change to Gen3 PCI-E.
You can try to put a gfx card in the lower PCI-E slot.

I would suggest you do a clean install of the drivers with DDU. To be honest that PSU aint great, considering even the big brands can make shitty PSU's i wont expect great things from unknown brands.

Well, gonna go to the BIOS and look for the option to change to 3.0 or do a BIOS update if there is any.
I´ll get back with some news. Or not! ;)

Well, couldnt find any option to change PCI-E settings in the BIOS, but there was an update and i flashed it.
So far it seems to be back where it´s supposed to be. Just dont get why it´s still mentioning the 4.0 part...
Will update if it still keeps crashing and BSOD.

PCI-E x 16 4.0 is the capability of the Card, everything after @ is what its actually using.

Btw. I had your mobo in the past, it was a mess to get it working properly with Ryzen 2400G.
Mobo did pretty bad overvolt on CPU.

Cant say, never messed with voltages or had an APU . But B350 boards are underpowered so it´s no surprise.

So call me crazy but I own an ASUS RTX 2080 Ti STRIX OC. I recently got an XFX RADEON 5700 XT RAW II. Well being a gamer and just enjoying tech is why. I wanted to see how it was. I have to say, this driver did exactly what it says it did in the fixes. Freesync 2 is just working in everything now with my ASUS XG32VQR.

Borderlands 3, Destiny 2, Freesync 2 just took off and am rather impressed. It ran perfect on the RTX 2080 Ti. So I was a bit disappointed at first thinking, "wait this is AMD specific stuff here, it should work out of the box if my RTX does!". But ok.....new driver changed that and it IS working now....

Please pass this information along to other Freesync 2 HDR users. It does work. This driver DOES fix the issues.

Hey there. So far it seems to have fixed it. I even turned Freesync back on (someone in the AMD forum said turning it off would help) and so far so good.
No more BSOD and games stopped stuttering a bit. Major thanks to you and all the others for the help.
I would NEVER would have thought of looking into the PCI-E stuff. It just didnt make any sense in a lowly B350, but there it was.
So let´s see if this new BIOS update along with he latest driver get´s the job done and i dont have to buy an NVIDIA after all!
Thanks again for all the help!

I had a nice and stable build.

    Until windows 1903 arrived.

Now I'm having nothing more than problems.

    Most important are:

I need more than 30mv more than before to achieve a perfect stable (more than a year) overclock.

    Fan speed is acting weird.
If I run firestrike, fans reach 100% speed after a minute, even when the temp doesnt go above 65C.

Also most of the times they get stuck at maximum speed. Temp goes to 35C and fans keep running at full speed like crazy.
I have to use a manual curve to avoid this.

On games didnt noticed this behavior, even the temps could get a little higher and the fans stays at normal speeds, not acting like crazy.

    Sapphire rx580 windows 10 x64 1903.

Thanks for ruining my gaming experience.

I just switched few days ago to sapphire rx580, using 1903 and all i can say card is excellent. I do not have any problems with it. All other fans i have in case are louder than fan on this gpu and i have pretty quiet fans in case. About temps this 580 is, in most cases, cooler than my previous gigabyte r9 380 which was topping 68 degrees. In the worst cases 580 also reaches 68 degrees.

I also have issues with 1903 and rx580 using latest driver. Wattman works fine here.
