    @Synoxia
Can You share BIOS + RM settings?
I have PBO set to Enable +200MHz V at Offset -0.006250 and nothing happends.
    P-states at Enabled w/Default
    No boost.
    7501BIOS ABBA 1.0.0.3

    4350MHz 4c 1.36v rest at 4200 & 4150 (all Ok)
4300MHz all cores at 1.35 OK
Just thinking maby PBO is better than my Manual OC?

i don't have 3000 series myself, but quite few reviews says that manual OC on them is not worth the effort.

It's going to be very specific settings for each card, that's kinda how Vega works.

My card undervolts like a champion, running p7-1742@1030mV but like I mentioned I cap the power at ~180-185W. If I push more voltage the working clocks never go as high, even with an increased power limit. If I raise the power limit significantly clocks go up slightly but the risk of crashing is much higher.

After a fair amount of experimentation I've kinda settled on this as the best compromise, with the option of dialing back clocks if need be. I'm mostly memory limited, as I'm on Vega56 and my memory won't run past 900MHz without instability, so pushing the core more is mostly for fun as the performance gains in actual games are quite insignificant at this point. :)

DX12 seems similar, maby a notch slower.

Hello everyone, sorry for my bad English, using the settings of OnnA I changed the timings of the memory and I noticed a slight improvement, I made a video, thanks for the excellent info.

Can someone provide an experience here as in my case:
    Vega 56, Windows LTSB (1607)
RIS is not showing up in Radeon Settings menu, not with 19.9.2 nor 19.10.1 drivers.

I will update to see if this is caused because of (maybe) not supported OS version, but maybe in the next few days.

Just needing some clarification on vega 56 memory voltage . Is it locked at 1.2v like I have read some places Or is it adjustable via wattman type programs as I have read places as well? Thanks.

You can't modify the memory voltage short of a BIOS mod.

The voltage that WattMan and most other programs refer to as "memory voltage" is actually the SoC voltage floor or something like that. It won't directly affect your memory and messing with it can lead to instability so unless you really know what you're doing I'd suggest leaving it alone. :)

    TL;DR: It's locked.

i don't have RIS in 19.9.2, i've read it has been added in 19.9.3 for vega. haven't try 19.10.1, i don't like beta updates.

    Sorry, my mistake.
    I meant 19.9.3, not 19.9.2.

Amd Chill, the best option you can use on any game.

In game click alt +R, activate chill, if freesinc wil luse you monitor range.

Games like world of tanks playing with arty on arty view it will keep low fps do you need more no, there is no fast gaming, so on my case 48 fps, I need to move get out of arty view frames go up 100+ all the way to 144 if im really moving the camera allot or else if I start to stay static will go to 60 , so it only uses gpu power when it needs.

Games like Civ or Anno will be great to use this. I use it always.

For example Gpu power and clocks can drop allot just by using chill and then go up to full power when it needs, SO al lthe way from 1000mhz to 1650mhz, 100w to 250w. This saves energy and heat, also noise.

SO if you have a Vega try chill because it not all about fps, specially if you are not using it on something that dosent needs high fps.

For 250 get the 5700 , also the 5700 can be and has to be flashed to xt :). Get the gigabyte 3 fan one and be done with it.

But the normal Vega is XT vega LC is XTX and this means diference in clocks and max voltage.

    XTX normally oc more.

Oh i see so Vega LE is an xtx chip like the liquid variant @OnnA have.

Reference 5700 is around 330Eur and cheapest custom is 390Eur. Thats quite a substantial difference.
