Im getting a Fractal Design Meshify S2 Blackout w/TP that case is just gorgeous and I hate RGB lol

Also kinda a downgrade in some respects but I am getting a Noctua NH-U12A, currently not happy with AIO's. I have a kraken x62 240mm at the moment and its not that great to be honest even with the new Noctua fans as well. Currently done with AIO's until some company can come up with a product that is affordable, isnt noisy and doesn't have any pump noise/issues.... one can dream lol.

I really want the Note 10 when it drops this month but damn, its so expensive! I am having a hard time justifying the price for what you get these days. Its not like back in 2010 where every year there was a substantial boost to the hardware- is going from a Note 8 to a 10 really going to be worth $1200? If the camera is leaps and bounds better then it might be but that's still a hard pill to swallow. And yes, I will only use a Note as I use the stylus a crazy amount for work. Hopefully the full reveal on the 7th will give me some more insight on this new monster.

Just went from my venerable Note 3 to a LG V40 ThinQ. Very happy with it so far. Added a Samsung EVO 256GB to it, and usual new case/holster and screen protection. Had fun copying my iPod 5's 43GB of music onto it. (Poor HDD konked out at 63%, and needed to rest for awhile to finish the transfer. lul)

I was going to get the V50 ThinQ, but that would require getting the much more expensive $80/mo 5G plan from Sprint. (Currently only paying $40/mo for unlimited, so frack that.) Upgrade on the V40 is only $15/mo.

I have the Mate 20 Pro, upgraded from the Honor 7x last October, and it is an amazing phone. I hope to trade war with China and Huawei situation gets sorted out eventually because it is shame their phones are not technically available in the United States. I plan to skip upgrading this year as the Mate 20 Pro is still running great but I am hoping it will all be sorted out by next year because in terms of price-to-performance/features/battery life, Samsung and Apple cannot touch Huawei/Honor. I gave my $200 Honor 7x to my mom last year and that thing still competes with the lower-end Galaxy phones.

I don't know if you're interested or read about it but Note 10 is exclusively (until it's hacked) getting an app called PlayGalaxy Link. https://www.engadget.com/2019/08/07/samsung-galaxy-note-10-game-streaming-discord-unpacked/
This allows PC game streaming from LAN or WAN. A controller is coming out to support the games that meets the same criteria/requirements for Steam controllers.

yeah ive been thinking going back to pixel, depends on price.

I cant believe the Asus ROG phone ii, that is a beat, you can get the 8GB ram model for half the price of a note 10+. Im actually considering the phone at that price, but its such a tall phone, that would be my only problem.

Just updated from an S10+ (still keeping it though) to the Galaxy Fold....it really feels and works like a tablet when opened. Love the 7.3" 1536x2152 HDR10+ SuperAmoled display.

How's the build quality on the fold? Is the center bend noticeable to the point that it's distracting? This seems like a great idea, but the price is just too steep for me.

Well back Back in February I just got my 1st major Smartphone a Galaxy Note 8 via Xfinity mobile and it is a great phone. I really want a Note 9 or 10 but I need to pay off my Note 8 first.

I bought it several weeks back. When you see the buttery smooth 120hz OLED display there's no going back. Go buy one!!!

    Was £490 exactly.

I'm too cheap to pay for a flagship. My Forest Green Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro 64/6 comes on Sunday. This phone seemed interesting at a decent price but it's so new there are no user reviews, just professional ones.

Would buy it, but i have the Mate 20 X ,which has larger display that i prefer, though the 120hz ROG II seems amazing.

I got the Huawei P30 a couple months ago and regret it every day, should have stuck with Samsung, tried switching it for the S10 but was 1 day past my 14 day exchange period
