Yeah, I went to vote but honestly among the options available I'd rate integer scaling above anything else and while I don't use it right now I agree with @Morax that PlayReady 3 is something I'd appreciate more than RIS. That's not to say I wouldn't appreciate seeing RIS on Vega, it just doesn't feel like the highest priority for me personally.

    Sorry people. :p

Unreal Engine and Vega beating rtx2070 and on par with 1080Ti? Is this real life?

You can't deny that 13.66 TFLOPS GPU to not have a PowaH ;)
Especially in DX12/VLK Game.... Glad we have DX12 in UE4 -> That's progress for sure...

I can, because AMD teraflops don't transmute into raster performance.

In some games Yes in others Not -> look at WWZ, Forzas etc. ;)
IMhO Low level APIs are the real future, here Vega will shine.

What i've said winter last year? That Vega XTX catch up to 1080Ti  and Yes im happy
(1080Ti is a good GPU IMO BTW, the anti-Nail for nV rising prices policy o_O)

    Here DX11.5 MT Implemented Great:

    ^^ Not Bad, just replace 1600 with 3600X :D
    and Test again...

it doesn't count as catching up when the game is intentionally running poorly on pascal.

Tested and working for any game (i've set 1440p 90% 2304:1296)
GR:WL Mixed Ultra/V.High TAA +7FPS on average, im using Reshade w/RIS and other stuff, no visual degradation of IQ :D

The last driver (19.9.2) is very unstable with the combination of Forza Horizon 4 and undervolt... In Borderlands 2
(the other game I'm playing these days) it's perfectly stable even with my deep undervolt...
    Previous drivers were stable.

DX12 & VLK can 'behave' like this it's Low Level API
Give some more V and done.

    Note:
19.9.1 is WHQL ver. 10-Sept, they should be more stable (Im testing this behaviour for some time now, WHQL need less V)

Either i've found a particular area of the game GPU intensive or my performance downgraded with 19.9.2 driver compared to 19.8.1... AC odyssey: are you guys capable of running it at high settings 1080p 60 FPS ROCK SOLID? I mean not even a drop to 58fps idc about average fps.

P.S while you wait for RIS, try these sharpeners for reshade. trust me they include CAS and are a big deal not like lumasharpen :) https://github.com/BlueSkyDefender/Depth3D/tree/master/Shaders/Alternative Shaders/Image Enhancement

Not without dropping the volumetric setting, AMD is also struggling a bit with how this game and Origins do multi-threaded rendering so against NVIDIA they had a nearly 40% CPU performance penalty I think it was though the improvements on how much threads that Navi needs and how to get that to full utilization is now also quite a step up so it keeps up really well. :)
Radeon VII is also managing due to just being faster and having the memory bandwidth even if GCN and the way Vega works and isn't too big of a priority driver wise anymore (Well it's been like two years now for Vega.) might be holding it back a bit too from optimal performance though the way the hardware itself works and what's optimal for that is more complex compared to Navi.

Synthetic tests and specific benchmarks and Vega 56 and 64 are just faster and then VII above that but in actual games and how these are made and optimized and utilize hardware the Navi despite how it should be slower is instead 20 sometimes 30 percent faster as a result which makes me curious to see what the lower-end 5600 will be capable of and then the higher end 5800 if that's what Navi12 and Navi14 will end up as before Navi20 something next year and RDNA2 adding whatever it might bring to these GPU's next. :)

Volumetric isn't too big of a loss though for fog, cloud and other settings and a minor visual drop that at most times is probably almost unnoticeable against the large performance gain from in Assassin's Creed Odyssey just going from Ultra to V.High and then to High before it starts showing a bit more pronounced how it affects visuals though even here it's smaller changes unless it's turned off entirely.
