See no point in this as it's taking up a Rad/Fans/Drives space while the front glass is ....Free real estate.
This is nice. It does take up the space of a 360 rad but the 011 dynamic has the ability to mount 3 360’s and a 140 so it’s not a big deal. @Corbus there is plenty of drive mounting available behind the motherboard tray. Check out the case. It’s maybe the most impressive design from Lian-Li. @andersondiaz behind the motherboard tray.
On the other side of the case - you can kind of see the outline for it in the CPU tray cutout in the 3rd picture. @Hilbert Hagedoorn - whenever I link pictures the hover over says "click this image to show the fullsize" but it never works. Am I doing something wrong or is this some kind of bug?
You are linking to the small thumbnail image ... not the actual full-size one. 'Copy link address' is the one you are after.
@Corbus and? lots of ppl arent using the front for a rad (and have the hot cpu air going inside the case).
EK was asked to bring in Europe the O11 distro plate used on their Fluid Gaming systems in USA which is replacing the front glass. Yet they brought us a product we can buy cheaper from elsewhere in Europe, and goes to the wrong place from what people need. And referring to this product https://www.microcenter.com/product/606594/ek-fg-pc-011-distribution-plate
I agree, the most disturbing place is the lower rad facing the ground... Perhaps cute but useless for cooling anything the system even might be cooler without it... (But i only have some decadeS of watercooling behind me...) But ok if it's for the show...
i thought about it, using the fans to push the air out (while theoretically getting the "coldest" air thats sitting/entering on the bottom of the case. but never found a decent (ATX) case with space for 240/280 on the bottom, while also having space for 140/280 fans (rear/top),
