Windows Update KB4512508 + Rivatuner = Not Hooking DX9 Games

As the title shows, I am at a lost on how a windows update could be causing the Rivtatuner software to not hook or display the overlay on some of my DX 9 games.

I noticed it not working on one of my games this morning after this update was installed. I tested it on other games, DX10 and DX11 games seem to be not affected (So far).

I then uninstalled that windows update, rebooted, then Rivatuner started working again and hooking to my DX9 games again. I installed and uninstalled that update now 3 times and I was able to replicate the issue.

If that update was installed, Rivatuner would not hook to my DX9 games.
Once the update was uninstalled, Rivatuner would work as intended.

I am checking to see if anyone else is currently having this issue as well?
