Fiji, Polaris and Vega confirmed missing pixel format on TV.
Polaris and Vega confirmed appearing pixel format on Monitor.

Actually i don't have any PC Monitor in home, but i can assume that works on Monitor and Fiji.

Pixel format options missing on R9 390/sdr pc monitor hdmi.
Clean installed back to 19.7.5, pixel format options are there again.

Just for fun, installed 19.8.1 driver only over the top and still have pixel options.

    Showing here with a Vega 56 (DP1.4 and HDMI 2.0 I believe?) and a let's see it's a Display Port 1.2 protocol monitor so that's what it's using.

Any Radeon VII users having core OC problems on this driver?

Memory OCs are fine but when I OC the core and launch a game my core clock drop to ~1600Mhz and stay there. I can bring up 5he overlay and apply the OC again and it will work but upon restating the game or launching another game it get stuck around 1600Mhz again.

When a bug appears in new driver, install previous working package software suite and upgrade the older with the newer one. Simple as that, it works the most of times. Clean installation should be a process only for an acceptable driver, it is not the holy grail for everything.

I am just guessing the new registry entries are causing the issue that Jonas reported

    Same here.
Vega 56+ Samsung C24F390 HDMI Monitor, the pixel format disappeared.

AMD is lucky that their GPU owners doesn't have the money or care to afford 4K protected content. I would sue them if I couldn't enjoy 4K legit content that I pay for years.

PlayReady 3.0 is out since 2015. GTX 10/20 series have support since day 1, meanwhile AMD users are like wooden box owners regarding media. Not very professionals there.

Sadly in this isn't one of those cases. Whether I clean install with DDU or update from 19.7.5, same core overclocking issues exist on Radeon VII.

Windows HDR reports me everything is ON. Netflix on Edge also seems to stream with HDR. I did comparison with Firefox. Edge have brighter effects and darker scenes. Im not in HDR at much. I don't know which standard or fake ones i have.

    Edit: In specs of TV
HDR10 and Dolby Vision is available.

I installed 19.8.1 and have Pixel Format, only re-install (uninstalled - installed) with the installer. Vega64 and Windows 1809.

    Edit: And AOC Q3279VWF.

I read somewhere else that the "pixel format" issue only happens with HDMI. Displayport for some reason seems to work. But that is just what i read. I skipped the driver because that issue so i can'T confirm. I don't wanna play around with all kind of color settings just to have a similar look like RGB. Annoying, once again.

Does anybody have the same issue as me?

When exiting Outlook sometimes when closing the window the screen flickers like the resolution is changed or sth., just one time per exit, but noticable.
When playing newer games (Watch_Dogs 2 or the like) I randomly notice such a flicker, too. 9/10 flickers is only a flicker, but the 10th (or some more) brings the game down and me back to desktop.

I thought about RAM timings and changed the timings accordingly to the RAM calculator 1.6.0.3, the situation got better but the problem still persists. While an error happened within say the first two hours before, now I am able to play about 4 before it happens.
RAM seems stable so far, so I suspect the issue somewhere else. Because it sounds like a GPU issue I would suspect the issue being connected somehow with the GPU driver. I "upgraded" my way up until the current one, but the issue seems to persist.

So to rule out a driver issue: What drivers would you recommend? I got a complete AMD system, so I am open for recommendations for every driver category.

    Any thoughts?

Driver works flawlessly here, all options are available and performance is great. No problems.
