    Sure it does but for general populace it doesn't really work like that. It's usually "what is wrong with it when it's that cheap?". We the enthusiast community is so small part of it all.

    Many ppl have only 99-199€ budged for their GPU.
    Look at 560/570/580 970/1060/1050Ti sales :)

    BTW Enthusiast know that this is not their target... Tech is cool but the price is not.
    There's no bad tech only bad prices...

    Its amazing how more and more games are refleting what amd can do and optimized for GCN, maybe devs finally god fed up with Nvidia closed ecosystem

    More likely that due to AMD dominance in console market, game devs are learning how to code for GCN / RDNA, and parallel processing, instead of the older NVIDIA methodology.

    it's for Best all around tW to Clock.
    e.g. 1668MHz/1120HBM with 0% can not exceed 180-200tW in Heavy scenario.

    Im always advising Cool & Quiet Gaming.

    Just in case, that I asked about "WattMan is set to Custom", not about using PL..)
    What reason to use "Custom" instead of default "Balanced" with OverdriveNTool?

    AFAIK Only when Custom is in use -> You got all the benefits of using OverdriveN Tool or similar soft (otherwise it will overwrite the Tweaker settings).
    Simply put, when Custom is used You got full control of everything.

    There must be a way of enabling this on Vega.

    UPD.
    Working now !

    Ok I've got some help (here is working solution):
    1. Download ffx_a.h and ffx_cas.h from the GPUOpen repository (click "Raw" then you can Ctrl-S the file)
    -> https://github.com/GPUOpen-Effects/FidelityFX/tree/master/FFX_CAS/ffx-cas-headers
    2. Download my wrapper shader and save it as FidelityFX_CAS.fx (same again, "Raw" then save, and rename it to FidelityFX_CAS.fx)
    -> https://pastebin.com/yyTqn7Xh
    3. Put all three files in your ReShade 4.x shader folder (ffx_a.h | ffx_cas.h | FidelityFX_CAS.fx)
    4. Shift+F2 then Tweak the sharpness of the parameter FidelityFX_CAS to your liking.

    There is another config for FidelityFX_CAS (rename it also) use one or another.
    -> https://pastebin.com/iUmDXTVP (Raw then Ctr+S and rename it)

    ==

    Ported FidelityFX CAS to ReShade so anyone can use it, with nearly any game

    THX to user u/jsheard

    @OnnA I really dont understand how can you get so high clocks with LC Vega at that low voltage ... with my Sapphire LE even if I have good temps I can't reach those clocks ...
