Yeah, the game is worth playing for its (rather simple) puzzles, the exploration and the stealth sections. Combat is very accessory and I had to actually fight only in that scene.

Anyway, megascan technique has been used here as well, that is why it looks a bit like TVoEC.

 

Rage 2
Game gets a lot of hate, but I think it looks great and has amazing gameplay. Which was enough to entertain me for 20ish hours.

That's me right now. Catching up on my backlog. Though I was distracted by Void Bastards for a while there. Just finished up Darksiders 3. It was.... alright. But I have screenshots!

 

Absolutely. I think it looks pretty great in some places. Though the setting gets a bit dull. A lot of industrial type areas that just don't hit that fantastical look that I enjoy in Darksiders. A lot of that near the end of the game too... which just seemed to drag a bit.

Though there was this one particular scene with this really alien looking creature just sitting in a warehouse... and the contrast was really interesting to me.



Pity there was no way to turn off the motion blur as it caused a lot of my shots to not be as sharp as they could be. In particular, trying to get shots of enemies in action.



I enjoyed the game the most when it was more colorful.





And any time these creatures were around. Felt really bad because their sole purpose is to transport you around, and you do so by hurting them. Not cool, game!

The Witcher 3 with mods, including the Novigrad mod, vanilla lighting, and no reshade. Still using Halk Hogans 5.1 mod as the recent update to it is a bit of a mess.

 

The Witcher 3. The draw distance can really suck at times.
Vanilla Ultra. No mods.



Vanilla graphics and UGOM mod. Edited config files yield the same results, so equivalent to no mods also.



Maxed with mods. 2080ti territory, not my 1070.

 

One of the reasons why I didn't play this game for the past 3+ years. The pop-in AND popout were annoying and was everywhere. This is my first encounter with it now, guess there has been some improvement since.

Yeah, you cannot do much about that, there was a mod which changed the mesh quality of distant objects but the project has been abandoned as far as I remember. Too much work.
