My other half wanted a Mini until I pointed that exact thing out to her! Over the last 10 years I have gone RX8 231, Mk1 Leon Cupra R, Mk2 Leon Cupra K1, S3 Sportback 8V, with a few project cars/toys on the side as well. Are you still working for Ford?
Here's a sobering realization: When I started visiting this place, Bill Clinton was the President of the United States.
January 2009, so pretty much a new member compared to alot on previous pages. It's a cliche, but time does go far too quickly.
Joined: Nov 30, 2006 I have been less active for few years because I have non pc related stuff which takes my time.

Been here since 2004, when i thought that FX5200 was better than TI4800 because of the higher number haha, what a nOOb i was!
Ha no, the Ford plant closed down in 2013. Did online selling for a bit but now I'm back to deciding what I'm going to do with myself. I thought you'd moved on from Alfas because of the reliability but I see you bought a Renesis Why do all the fun cars seem to be unreliable...
Did anybody here frequent the Riva3D website back in the day? I think I found Guru3D when Riva3D died.
Jun 15, 2009 My 1st profile was ])rStrangelove but i lost my email acc and pw lol ( https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/new-pc-racing-sim-assettocorsa.359442/ )
I think I found G3D at ~2001 when i was looking to build a new PC to replace my "old" 99 Pentium 3 800mhz PC with a shiny new OVER 1 GHZ Pentium 4. Ended up with the 1.7 ghz P4 btw tho I cant for the life of me remember which GPU I used. I wanna say Riva tn2 m64 but that might have been the one I used on the P3 system.. *edit* it was GeForce 2 something, I wanna say Ti, but memory fails me
Now-a-days, everyone (almost) is a gamer. Wow. Back then I had a hard time having people understand me on why I felt heroic. These games, they are no joke. If one plays the right game, it'd be an opportunity for one to be a hero (cheese.. sorry..).
It is funny to think that my very first PC back in 1994 and bought from Dixons with a 14in green screen monitor, a SX25mhz cpu ,1.44 floppy drive, no sound card, and Dos 4, cost £699, and that was like buying a house with the interest payments Dixons charged, and now today it would get you 1 high end video card, what happened. lol
Got my 1st pc in 1992 i think. 386DX 33Mhz 4MB Ram, 320 MB HDD Played WingCommander on it to death, then later DOOM outshined every other game back then. Couldn't get enough of FPS from that on.
