    I would love to see results or at least a personal account for this registry mod. Maybe then I would download...

    I tried this, stutter fest everywhere, a lot of tweaks disable according to radeon mod. Not recommended IMO. Gonna clean install and get back to normal.

    Some new Options are Must Have (read - never OFF)
    For some GPUs (older as it seems) can benefit this Mod.

    If you have stutter fest with it, just Merge my Tweak (no need to reistall ;))

    ====================
    Registry MOD v.004
    Just merge with registry (Do backup)
    Need to do it always after new driver install.

    Note:
    Make sure to look into it with Notepad++ and adjust some options
    Im using 1440p 70Hz Monitor, so many new resolutions are with 70Hz.

    I figured it out by the way. Just copy and paste in notepad , then save as , all files, namefile.REG

    Then double click and it will automatically add the keys, values to the register if correct.

    One thing to note is that I had to replace the 0000 with 0001 because my integrated GPU was named 0000. If I didn't , then the values would not dial in to my AMD GPU.
    So adjust according to your GPU number.

    I found another, more recent register tweak on reddit for the R7-R9 series, today I'll be properly testing yours out to compare on my old AMD M260. Thanks for the tweak!

    First reply on this thread for the other tweak. It definitely makes a difference on my old card.

    I'll try this out too , thanks. So what do I put after "DALNonStandardModesBCD1" for a 60HZ 720p laptop monitor?
    Maybe just leave that section out for now.

    Just edit unused resolution:

    "DALNonStandardModesBCD1"=hex:13,60,07,68,00,00,00,60,13,60,07,68,00,00,00,70,\
    13,60,07,68,00,00,00,85,13,66,07,68,00,00,00,60,13,66,07,68,00,00,00,70,13,\
    66,07,68,00,00,00,85,08,00,04,80,00,00,00,60,10,24,06,00,00,00,00,60

    Undelined: 1360:768 at 60Hz
    Open in Notepad++ and keep the lines in check (do not exceed line limit, \ & then new line)

    Thanks buddy :)

    Also your tweak is definitely working better than the other one. That said I combine it with that other tweak I found on reddit because yours is lacking the power states.

    Great idea to just merge some random tweak into your registry with no documentation or information about any of the settings, disabling even safety options with no basis on anything and not even a benchmark to confirm the supposed improvements, definitely recommend everyone try this!

    Does the task manager show CPU activity for Radeon Settings or the two AMD services? That might be why if they're taking up CPU resources.
    I would recommend removing the driver and sticking with 19.12.1 if that's the issue and wait and see if newer drivers won't fix the problem.

    Particularly if it's a somewhat older system the new software can put a constant load on one of the CPU cores which would mean overall degraded performance and the simplest would be to just use a non-Adrenaline 2020 driver (19.12.1) until AMD can resolve this issue. :)
