No, not quite. There still seems to be a lack of evidence, unless it is in some hands of some government somewhere. I just don't see now how other civilizations could travel these extremely vast distances and I don't at this point buy into the idea of traveling through wormholes either.
What I find amazing about all of this, and this may change now that every single human (nearly) has a camera...not one CLEAR picture, not ONE INDISPUTABLE film clip....nothing that's 10000% clear and clean....they are out there for sure...they just haven't been here. Read Hawking's paper about the rise and fall of advanced systems...then do the math....its all about math. Prove me wrong. Oh and direct from your link..... Not to mention that reported UFO sightings have actually gone down since nearly everyone now has a camera in their pocket at all times.
It's arrogant to say they have, it's more informed to say they haven't but not necessarily right to say they haven't. What's the best thing to state? We don't know if they have or haven't, because: We don't know.
Anyone that thinks there is only life on this planet and no where else is for lack of better word stupid. i personal believe they are already here. and if it was really outed publicly by all governments, with irrefutable evidence like they land in white house lawn in middle of day or somthing like that. one thing will happen mass panic and shoot first as question later people will leaking out of the the wood works. consider that how most military work.
I am 100% certain there is life elsewhere in the universe. I am 100% certain based on science, advanced alien beings are not here and have not traveled here.

Based on OUR SCIENCE and KNOWLEDGE they cant... going speed of light would take to long, folding space another story, and if one thing our sci fiction writers have proven is that what is sci fiction 1 decade or century, has become science fact. our science at that has already proven nothing in the " our universe" can move faster then light, out side of it is another story
Here's a much shorter version of the Bob Lazar video. He's probably the most credible "witness" out of all the alien stories. He's the only one over the years who has never changed his story and even has some proof to back up parts of his claims. Still no concrete evidence though.
They're not telling you anything on mainstream TV, you could sit in front of that box for hundreds of years and you'd still be none the wiser. The public has always been and will always be on a 'need-to-know' basis. Unless you're a 33° Freemason or reach a certain high level of self-enlightenment, just assume you're never going to know or understand the true nature of the game that's being played in this insane world.

Bob lazar said in old video's he saw an alien entity. Then he said there was a control panel on the ufo with hand panels, in the joe Rogan video he didn't mention this.
Lazar is the Uri Geller of the UFO world, and both have been claiming so much for so many years yet both have proven nothing, but their bank accounts have done well, so i have to commend them on that. lol
