Im on fast ring, 1903 - 18908.1000 (update today) and i still have 430.xx from Windows update.

 

U should try =)

 

Just installed latest build (18908), and got this driver. There is a new option, or at least I haven't seen it before, called "Latency".

 

Give it for US. pls =)

I used DDU again and restarted and this time i got 435.27 from Win update too

 

Well not really new, they just renamed frames to render ahead to latency.

 

But lowest one - something new.

Tried installing these via Device Manager from an extracted RAR folder on my GTX 1080 Ti but it just says that I have the latest driver installed (v430.86) so it looks like I'll need an installer/setup version of this to be able to install them.

 

Is WU pushing DCH flavors or only standard? I saw some forum member got Standard only. I'm on 1903 RP ring.

 

I installed these on my bf´s computer too. You have to use DDU to uninstall your current drivers (and use the option in DDU so your Windows dont try to auto update your drivers after a reboot) and then you can install these drivers via Device Manager.

 

There is setup.exe inside rar-archive - i installed drivers using this on my win10 1903. Seems ok.

 

It looks like a newer version had been uploaded since I downloaded it earlier as it was not only larger but also contained the setup.exe you mentioned. So all is good as I was able to install the driver with no issues.

Seeing as NVIDIA don't do release notes for Windows Updates drivers then it's anyone guess as to what is different here vs. the official v430.86 driver other than the revamped Latency setting.

 

For me it’s crashing with my oc. Revert to 430.86

No crashing , but some games have strange blue streak.

Can confirm ,reinstalling 435.27 ,all is well , no more blue streak.

 

wondering this as well. I'm using dch so not going to bother adding windows insider to grab the driver if they dont push dch anyhow.

Plus, which ring? Dont want to get stuck upgrading to an insider build that breaks a ton of stuff i use in an attempt to get an early nvidia driver. (though tempting lol)
