Are you responding to me? If so, I can assure you that's not the case. It boost to 2000+ mhz flawlessly.

Ok. Cool. In my use case it's never happened. Didn't happen when I used the GTX 1080 since launch date, and it has not happened since I got the RTX 2070 since launch date.

I'm sure I can find people having issues on the internet with just about anything you do on your own PC.

8 months in and I've yet to see 1350 mhz. Clearly I'm doing something they are not, or vice versa. Maybe because I don't use sleep, maybe because I set my own OC curve. Whatever the case, I have no reason to lie to you.

Maybe the RTX 2070 is so blazing fast that I don't even notice when it goes to 1350 mhz ;)

(well other then the fact that I have monitoring software open on my second monitor at all times, but we can ignore that lol)

I've never had that 1350 MHz thing either. Boosts always to max clocks, both at stock and overclocked, with adaptive, optimal or prefer max perf., with all driver versions I've tried.

Btw how are Turing users finding this driver set? All telemetry and benchmark stuff aside.

Anyone noticed that nvidia color settings can not be selected and tweaked on Windows 10 1903 and this driver in NCP? It used to work on this driver when I was on 1809

Why does it seem like this is almost always the case? As we get newer Windows versions and higher numbered drivers, I never see increases from 1703+399.24. Only newly broken games or lower overall performance, so we must throw money at better hardware to sidestep these nuisances. :(

not sure why but hopefully Nvidia got a driver for 1903 to keep things tight

Oh please, 2fps is hardly something to complain about and easily in the margin of error.

One can hope. I'll give 1903 a try once some updated drivers come out and see what it looks like.
Yes, from one driver set and OS update, but keep in mind how many of these there are across a 6 or 12 month span. Long story short, through tons of hours testing/playing games I never have as good of an experience as when I'm on 1703+399.24. Dozens of games tested across 4 Windows 10 versions (1703, 1709, 1803, 1809) with at least 5 driver sets cleanly installed after DDU. The 400 series of drivers have really shown how lackadaisical NV has gotten with a lack of competition, so I hope AMD and/or Intel bring some.

LOL just lol. Go check out performance of 399.24 vs 430.64 in 3DMark and never come back here with dull words. Thank you

3Dmark is just a benchmark, it doesn't necessarily reflect in-game performances. Although this information is valuable, it weight nothing compared to real game testing scenarios, so you kind of sound much more dull than Builde...

Nevertheless, I would be curious to see the "Dozens of games tested across 4 Windows 10 versions (1703, 1709, 1803, 1809) with at least 5 driver sets" actual figures to get a more precise idea.
