    Installed & Tested:
    Compared to 19.4.1 WHQL

    BFV MP - Better
    SW BF2 - Better
HoMM VII DX10.1 - A lot better than last one
    Vampyr - Better

IMhO This is best driver so far (Im still on 1809 .475)
Now we need to Update to WDDM 2.6 :p :D

    Note:
    This batch has #bettered
    1. Chill
    2. FreeSync
    3. Rendering pipeline (something is better here compared to 19.4.1)
    4. Latency is even lower than before

    Pending:
Need to Test DX12 & VLK titles now....

Drop in FPS with these drivers in all games and 3dmark. Win 10 1809.475. Also HBM is not stable at 1100 any more. 1090 seems ok. The drop in fps is not from clock difference of HBM. With 19.4.3 i had more fps in everything with 1050Mhz. Maybe these drivers are better optimized with the new win update.. lets wait and see

Hmm, no such issues here on the same Win 10 build and Vega 56 with 64 BIOS.

Have you tried uninstall, DDU and install it again?

This is due to Pre-WHQL state.
You need to boost V a little bit to make it stable.

*WHQL is more stable because You can't Over OC it ;)

Something strange is goin on. It seems that nothing is going fullscreen. FPS don't show up in overlay. Thaty only happens when not in fullscreen

EDIT: Fixed. That was the problem. No fullscreen.
Used this command SET DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1 to find unused monitors, deleted them and now everything back to normal + a small boost like OnnA reported

I've noticed this driver on Windows 10 1903/May 2019 Update that it breaks the start menu transparency effect and messes up the taskbar transparency, even after doing a clean install with DDU. The only way to fix it is to do another DDU clean install of 19.4.3.

Looks like it's time to try a new driver. A lot of stuff on this one.

What, exactly? I've tried changing themes (light/dark/custom), disabling/reenabling the transparency setting, etc. and it still doesn't work for me regardless. Wonder what the driver is screwing with to cause those issues. Nonetheless clean downgrading back to 19.4.3 fixes it.

Strange, I get the same faint transparency I've had since 1903. When using a white background explorer window behind a dark start, taskbar and action center it still shows underneath. Contrasts just have to be very strong for it to be noticeable.

Ye, most games that supported Mantle did perform better than DX11 if you were CPU limited

I meant disable and enable transparency from color settings. When i read your post i went to check and it wasn't working. Disable it and enable it fixed it for me
