Some interesting news here. Seems like a very interesting development. Will test it out on the weekend. Tbh this isn't even SteamOS specific, you can use this on pretty much any Linux instance. Would love to see some benchmark comparisons.
Hey guys. I'm currently trying to install steamos on an old pc from the 2005 or so. It has a Pentium E2180 and 4gb ram and a GT 9600. Also am installing it via USB, and I am also using a wireless keyboard and mouse. My problem is it seems to install OK I think but upon rebooting it loads to a screen say something like " oh no something went wrong" and to log out and try again. What do think is going wrong with it? Am using the current Steamos as of this post. Please help me sort this out. Cheers
