V-sync is irrelevant with FreeSync active, you also don't need triplebuffering.

When recording division2 with relive and vsync on, videos have lots of stutters. disabling vsync and using FRTC@60 mostly fixes it. not completely but its a big difference. game itself is also smoother

I wish that all game engines would be so godly optimized like one that Division 1/2 use, really smooth performance without a single hiccup.

@passenger The best it's to use freesync + framecap 2 frames behind your monitor freesync range. Doing other thing it's GPU/CPU waste. Using Vsync adds lag for nothing if you have freesync, and uncapped framerate is using more frames than your monitor can do, and that does not improve visual smoothness, but it can win some frametime, anyways over 60fps frametime lag is not noticiable, so better to use framecap.

When Enchanced Sync is ON, You don't need to have -2FPS on Range :D (now this tweak is obsolete)
Test it -> Ench. + FreeSync + FRT matching Your refresh.

No, you should be able to understand that, it depends on windows store driver version. 24.x means wddm 2.4, 25.x means 2.5 wddm, 26.x are the new branch drivers with wddm 2.6. This is called Windows Driver Store Version 25.20.15027.9004.

Actually, I have the issue with flickering grass under DX12 with Division 2 (bigger patches of grass).
Anyone else experiences this? DX11 is fine, but fps drop is not worth it.
I'm not sure if this is AMD driver issue or game engine.

Thanks. I have 72hz Samsung C27f. If i cap my fps at 72fps with freesync i get tearing but if i cap like you said 2fps behind at 70fps there is no tearing at all. Enchanced sync for me pruduces some lags for some unknown reason, does not seem to work well with freesync in my experience.

I ended up using frtc+freesync (vsync and enchanced sync off) very smooth in few games i tried.

Edit : scratch that, frtc also have some micro stutter in shadow of the tomb raider. turning it off and leaving only freesync is much, much smoother.

My experience is similar with enhanced sync.

Both enhanced sync and frtc indroduces some stuttering and lag. Freesync only is amazing but i cant find a good way to limit the framerate. :(

Vsync adds some input lag. Its not the best way.

Does this version support afterburner? Using it only to tweak my gpu fan.

RTSS and Afterburner are more important and complete software compared to any tweaks or OSDs offered by Radeon, so yes. I use it too.

In ~50 hours of play I haven't noticed anything like that.

I've seen some semi-reflective surfaces, the odd sign or door, get a grainy/crawly sheen at the edge of vision and there are a few "light walls" in some places that effectively bisect vision until you get really close to them. I suspect those issues, especially the latter, are geometry issues in the game rather than driver bugs though.

Is there any way to reset ReLive settings? I have put wrong ID or password so now I can't do me stream via ReLive. I don't want to reset all Radeon Settings but "reset" button in ReLive settings does not work. How can I find file or regkey which sets my credentials?
When I try to toggle switch nothing happened. Sheit :/
