    and which is better tape or a glue?

    and if I up the voltage would not I cook them alive?

    36.5C is not much I believe
    what is the shut off max temp for 2700x?
    is it 85C?

    memtest is wiping entire ram right?
    is this why I get teamviewer and obs streaming glitches and crash?
    cannot connect to teamviewer, nor obs cannot reconnect to twitch

    No, it's not overwriting ram in use. That would make the PC crash.
    It's allocating an amount of ram which is then being tested for read/write errors.

    Tried to set Soc to 1v and test was ok and applied and restart, but still ryzen master goes to default minimum 0.8v soc wtf?
