    This still works for people who have bought their coolers already. That really worked well that one time I did it, they sent me the proper mounting brackets within the week, no charge (I could have picked it up at their offices though).
    A good move, after all, saves Noctua themselves a lot of hustle, and they probably faded out some older socket anyway, material costs practically 0.

    Am4 is the most popular socket. They should've done this sooner.

    Uh...I bought a Noctua sometime last year and it mounted to my AM4 just fine. Am I missing something?
