Things on Venezuela are getting really serious!

Things in my country Venezuela, are getting very serious, since yesterday Monday at 5 am, a group of military armed forces, rose up against Maduro, supporting for the very first time the civilians which is amazing.
Which caused Maduro to send the policy, some intelligence groups like the SEBIN and CICPC and some troops to attack them! Then the civilians went out to protest in aid of the military group that rose up against Maduro.


Currently in the early hours of this Tuesday 1:06 am there are protests in various sectors of my city Caracas, if If you want to be more informed about this situation follow this instagram account, a Venezuelan journalist that explain everything with proper english and pictures.

At least military, or a group of it, is supporting the people from the looks of it, that's definitely a good thing, given the circumstances.

 

Just got back from a trip to Colombia myself; lots and lots of Venezuelan economic refugees there, my impression is the Colombians are getting a bit annoyed with them, but when your paying $50 USD for a hamburger I can see why you'd want to leave. Be safe man

Really sad what is happening right now, one kid of 16 dead cause of military group FAES shooted him in the stomach and die in hospistal another kid too die :/ and currently there over 20 injured persons, this happens like 1hour ago
