Any of you 580 users tried different memory timings in watman? Whats the results.

The difference is negligible at least for me ... running core at 1450-1475 and memory 2100 with tighter timmings is similar to 2000 with default ... maybe 100 points in Superposition benchmark nothing else.

Also running 2100 on the memory timing lvl 1 gived me 400 points more in firestrike.

Timings lvl 2 gives me some artifacts right away even at 1150v.

I can't say if this holds true for all AMD cards, but I always use HWinfo64 to monitor for GPU memory errors when overclocking.

I find that memory errors show up before artefacts, and the errors show correlation with lowered performance. Also, increasing voltage can help, but these are likely uncorrected errors only, so some performance loss probably occurs in advance.

With 18.12.x they made alt-tab take a loooong time on my screen. Alternatively, Overwatch video freezes from time to time until I alt-tab (which is not faster thanks to what changed in 18.12). 19.1 makes it significantly worse on my Radeon 290.

Run as admin. I can adjust P3/P4 NP (now i have 900MHz in P3)
    UPD.
Right Click on Top Bar then select PP-Soft power settings

Nothing :(, no changes. I put 900 (for example) but when click to apply, revert again to 800 :S. Another values changes perfect, P0-P1-P2 Memory states cant change, P3 yes.

    P.D - Windows 10 1809 here

P.D 2 - No Memory P0-P1-P2 states neither in AMD Wattman menu

I hope he revisits 580 vs 1060. AMD should be faster there too.

Resident Evil 2 is another game where RX570 is twice the speed of 1050Ti.

But to be honest 1050Ti never had a chance against RX470 or RX570 so this driver doesn't change anything.

1050Ti vs Polaris battle for me paints the clearest picture and defines the whole GPU market. Because everyone that I know and talked to, has chosen and bought 1050Ti. This is the ultimate testament of how GPU market works.

I am monitoring for gpu memory errors/temps when i mess with it. Important was to find correct voltage/timings/clock for the memory and to achieve highest available performance.

This from playing SoTTR and couple of runs of firestrike.
