Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

Hi everyone. Does anyone knows what about vram memory leak fix? I can't play at home on my 1080 ti 'cause of this vram leak. On my workplace with gtx980 everything is ok. I can't find any comments from activision/treyarch about this problem.

 

How long do you need to play for the problem to arise? I haven't had an issue with VRAM so far.

 

Drop the texture from very high to high. Fixes it on every machine in my house

 

What drivers you using ? I've not played BO4 for a good month and went back into it tonight. Prior to my break I had to have textures at high like Party Poison suggested but now I can run with them set to very high and my VRAM according to the options menu is just about hitting max which for me is 4gb whereas a month ago I couldn't really stick my textures to very high without running into issues. Either the game has been updated with some optimizations or it might have been a bug of some sort in Nvidia's drivers or both, in any case all is fine and game runs smooth as silk for me. Currently running 417.35's with my GTX970.

 

A couple of anecdotes ive noticed
The game runs better under windows 7.
hit reg also appears to be more consistent, though that could be related to the frankly molasses like feeling of the mouse with this game on win 10.

 

I‘m 100% sure that’s just a setup thing.

That first map is from BO2 ... they have maps from that game in?

 

Several maps from the older titles yes. BO1 & 2 at least.

 

Yeah allot of recycled maps, it's dissapointing to be honest

 

I love these maps, and I’d love to see more maps of that kind again.

Some nice streaks there, I have to run with Team Link in HC nowadays to avoid any "oopsies"
