    I am using RadeonMod along with this script: https://pastebin.com/C50EhnpB
    What do you think about it and should I use it? If not is there a better one?

    Please Test this settings:
    And tell me if it is better :D

    I am at school right now, but I will make sure to do it as soon as I go home! However I have a few questions (sorry if I am asking for too much):

    1. The options you have suggested for me are different from the ones the other guy recommended on his script. What is different from them and the ones you recommended? Could you explain it for me?

    2. This is probably going too far but if you have Discord or anything you can call with I would love to ask you more questions because I am not a good writer and asking questions like this is inefficient for me. (I really love tweaking my system but I am probably doing a lot of things wrong, sharing my screen for you and asking you if the tweaks are correct or not would help me a metric ton. I can't find any other person that could help me with this.)

    Thank you so much for replying and helping me out. Have a wonderful day :)

    No, You tell me ;)
    Play game on first Tweak
    then try game on mine and decide which is better.

    Hello,

    Kind of new to AMD GPU's. I wanted to ask if RadeonMods work with Vega GPUs ? I have a Sapphire Vega 56 Nitro+ and I wanted to tweak/optimize it for games, for 1080p resolution.
    I downloaded the software and it seems to work, but I am not 100% sure but it seems some values do not appear and I am not tech savy to understand most of these values, is there any guide I can follow?

    Any recommendations or tips? I looked at the tweaks menu but I am not sure what it does if I toggle them to on/off.

    Thanks or your support.

    Does it support RX 580 ? Downloaded, launched but can't select GPU, it's empty... Maybe I need to extract it somewhere or it doesn't matter ?

    Hmm, it's working with 18.11.2.
    Maby try to run it as Admin?

    Note:
    All vital Tweaks/Mods must be done this way
    Tick Run as Admin.

    Hello, Gurus. So installed in my rig r9 380 and found that on 18.11.1 by default i have StutterMode=8194 value. So it's okay for r9 380? And another one question-in any games Gpu clock down and up all the time.My card has 1000 Mhz but in games it down ~940 and then up to 1000 but at that time my fps down too and i have stutter in 60-70 fps.

    many options can be at Default.
    Change only this thing You understand.
    Always make backup, and best is to advise is -> try/check path ;)

    It's internal value (default for Your GPU)
    You can thinker with it (my bet = 0 or 255) or leave it as it is.

    Test & find out :D

    found this and tested it

    PP_ODNExMaxACTimingTuningLevel
    setting a value higher than 2

    allows you to enable tighter memory timing levels.

    it is not a placebo , increases in bandwidth continue past level 2

    Update Your rig ;) HD6870
    Is this tested with Vega?

    "PP_ODNExMaxACTimingTuningLevel"=dword:00000002

    naw this with an rx 560, but i assume it should work no problem with vega, it seems amd is performing some kind of wizardry , this isn't just amd dropping the strap level, it seems to train the memory and does so very well.

    Like this?
    "PP_ODNExMaxACTimingTuningLevel"=dword:00000003

    UPD. Tested
    dword:00000000 to dword:00000003
    04 & 05 is dummy (for Vega)

    Best for Vega will be 01

    "PP_ODNExMaxACTimingTuningLevel"=dword:00000001

    503GB/s at 1717MHz 1150HBM2 (Gaming profile)
    As always make Reg file (or just add to posted earlier my Reg.MOD)

    Make text file, rename to Tweak.REG and copy/paste:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000]

    "PP_ODNExMaxACTimingTuningLevel"=dword:00000001

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000\UMD]

    "Main3D_DEF"="3"
    "Main3D"=hex:33,00,00,00
    "HighQualityAF"=hex:31,00
    "FlipQueueSize"=hex:31,00

    UPD. Need more testing!
    First apply the Reg Tweak, Restart then go to WattMan and set Your desired Mem OC Level (e.g. Level 1 or 2)

    Just to clarify in case there is a mis understanding , the tweak only allows the higher levels, it does not actually set the timings, you still have to do that in watt man, and it does not always train properly. takes a few trys sometimes. it also appears to retrain at boot, which can lead to artifacts and problems (probably why its not available )

    edit:
    here is what im seeing (1750mclk)
    [IMG]

    from what Ive tested, you have to apply each level sequentially inorder for the "training" to succeed, skipping to level 4 would fail and result in lower bandwidth.

    may not be a good tweak for everyday usage, but for benching seems better than editing the timings straps manually, i only wish there was a way to retreive the memory settings it generates.

    ^^ So first:
    Apply the Tweak for e.g. no3 then restart and set in WattMan for e.g. Level 1 or 2?

    Also i have to add, that Vega HBM2 is already blazing fast (the Fastest Memory subsystem on the Planet :p)
    So the 'yelds' will be a little lower than for other GDDR5/6 etc. GPUs.

    yeah basically, set level 1 , then level 2 then 3 ect. sometimes it will apply poorly , so you have to try again,by going back a level and try again

    edit also. with vega, it dynamically changes the timings based on temp, so that may effect it aswell
