I have an ATI radeon x1270 (ATI radeon x1200 series) Laptop

I am currently looking for new drivers, with the latest catalyst or crimson and some improvements with the fps, because when I look to some specific side, they go up to 5, until I see another one and they raise me to 30 - 40 fps, I think they are driver problems. Every time I try to Modify them with the Flem it gives me errors when modifying them and when installing them, "I am very new to this" I am using the catalyst 12.1 that are also modified, because I would like to have drivers of the latest crimson and more stable with the fps ¿Could you help me please? I have windows 7 ultimate

I also tried minecraft and I'm going to 10-20 FPS with graphics at the minimum, would there be any solution for that? Will it be the drivers' fault? Before I had a mobile intel 4 series express chipset family, which in other games was worse than this, but in minecraft the intel was impeccable, unlike the ati that I use now

The card is very old.

 

I saw on YouTube a person who reached 60 fps in minecraft, with the same graphic as me, without downloading mods like optifine, anyway I would like to have at least the radeon crimson and driver more updated to be quiet xd
