So ventus could be the one for me if i stick with Msi, iv always liked the twin frozr version like my msi gtx 980 and ventus looks to be close to it size wise, shame they ditched the black and red, maybe il go for Asus Dual RTX2080 instead (dual fan version), not wanting triple fan as i want to use the 5 hdd cages and not have to remove two of them

I'm happy they are continuing the Trio series. Thats the one I got right now, and I might get a 20-series of that if the reviews look good.

I may get the Duke, Would have preferred the Strix 2080Ti but that price is just pure retarded. £1300 LMFAO yeah right fk that, doubt the cooler is worth £250 premium!

Just checked the prices in Finland. MSI 2080 DUKE is 909€(the cheapest 1080 atm) and EVGA Windforce 2080TI is 1300€(cheapest ti, strix is 1500€, wtf). That is a quite massive jump in price compared to the previous cards, where you could get the TI for 400€ cheaper at launch and 1080 for 250€ cheaper. I might just have to skip this generation, since there wont be that many games utilizing the RT in games, I'll wait for the next iteration.

MSI to the rescue with their Sea Hawk, that's good. Prices however are INSANE.

Waiting for benchmarks, but by the looks of it personally for me only valid option will be the Ti version. And at prices like that, no way in hell I can afford that.

I do not think Nvidia are planning to sell many Ti`s this is very much a stop gap product Until they can die shrink. Just enjoy the news the excitement and wait until next year if you really need to upgrade.

With all these fans, my PC is going to levitate... like my bank account.

Let's see some real world benchmarks 1st. I loved Huang's integer rounding when calculating performance increases. 10x instead of "theoritical" 6 vs. 1080ti. 78T Rays vs. 12 is not 10 fold.
