    2x1080ti`s @2000mhz

Now here is the problem, game takes ages to start up before you get to the menu
but thats not the main issue.
There is a game breaking bug that i cant figure out what causes it.
the game is locked @60fps but randomly the game will trigger into a complete stutter fest or frames will drop that low from 60 to 5-15fps during fights that it completely kills the emersion and ends up getting me killed.

no idea why its doing that im running the latest nvidia drivers.

anyone have any idea`s its driving me insane if i cant fix this i hope steam refund me.

Reduce your OC or play at stock or check Windows installation, you are too almighty highly with these clocks everywhere, you are not stable. It is a weak game so it is a hardware related problem for sure, for everybody plays smooth. Steam must not refund you. Fix your PC.

Thank You For your help, pointing your finger at my spec rather than the poor console port.
all my other games work fine so i dont see why this one should not also work fine. but anyway its my systems fault lol and how can you say works fine for everybody ? how do you know it works fine for everybody.. you say for everyone it runs smooth, you checked out google lately. lol it certainly does not run smooth for everyone.

As others suggested most likely SLI related.
