Windows 10 April Update has been released

I was on win10 build before all the creators updates because of net and forums full of the stutter issues, well I decided to bite the bullet and do full clean install to the newest version.
My games have stutter now... great!
I didnt have tons of time yesterday to troubleshoot it but I have done all the basics and none of it fixed it.

 

its definitely slower, but not that much.

The little leaves are for suspended UWP apps. It is only for saving power. It began since RS1 but they're trying to make a fuss of it with the icons. I'm not aware of any way to disable the behaviour (I would've preferred to have kept shellexperiencehost running all the time like normal).

 

The spectre kb patch was only provided as a stop gap till bios microcode updates were ready.

I upgraded from 1607 to this as well but have no stuttering. What was causing the stuttering in both creators updates has been fixed in this build. Not sure what the problem is.
