    GPU:
    ASUS TUF RTX 4090
    Nvidia GeForce 3 Ti 200
    Radeon 9700 Pro
    Nvidia GeForce 6800 GT
    Nvidia GeForce 7900 GT
Nvidia GeForce 8800GTX x2 in SLi
Nvidia GeForce 9800GX2 x2 in SLi
Nvidia GeForce GTX 480 x2 in SLi
AMD Radeon 7970 GHz Edition x2 in CrossFire (Won’t make that mistake again ;) )
Nvidia GeForce GTX 780Ti x2 in SLi
Nvidia GeForce GTX 980Ti x2 in SLi
Nvidia Titan X (Pascal) x2 in SLi (current)
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080Ti (current)

Quite a few cards, by far the AMD Radeon 7970 GHz Editions were quite possibly the worst cards I ever owned, coming from a long list of SLi systems, CrossFire was the most problematic multi GPU setup I’ve encountered, drivers were terrible and it was at a time where AMDs frame pacing was a joke, put me off AMD cards for a while.

The Nvidia GeForce 9800GX2’s lasted a long time, Quad SLi was great when it worked, not so great when it didn’t, lack of VRAM was a real limiting factor.

    Lemme see here...

    Trident TVGA8800 (512KB ISA)
    Trident TVGA8900 (1MB VLB)
    3DFX Voodoo 2 (12MB PCI, SiS 6326 on-board GPU primary)
    NVidia Riva TNT2 M64 (32MB AGP)
    Intel i740 (8MB)
    3DFX Voodoo Banshee (16MB)
    NVidia Riva TNT2 Ultra (32MB)
NVidia GeForce 256 DDR (64MB, Detonator 6.31 irreversibly changed it from 4x1 pixel to 2x2, much to my chagrin)
ATi Radeon 8800LE (64MB, flashed to non-LE and later shorted with aftermarket HSF)
NVidia GeForceFX 5200 (64MB, replaced the 8800 and god it was horrible)
NVidia GeForce 6600GT (128MB PCI-e, went through two of these - both DOA)
ATi Radeon X800 Pro (256MB, and brilliant card)
ATi Radeon HD 2900XT (1GB, which I still have somewhere with Thermalright cooler)
    ATi Radeon HD 4870 (2GB)
ATi Radeon HD 7970 (3GB, software was kinda awful after the first update)
    NVidia GeForce GTX 670 (4GB)
NVidia GeForce GTX 560 (2GB, paired with the above as a PhysX card - not worth it, but I still have it as a spare just in case)
    NVidia GeForce GTX 780 (3GB)
    NVidia GeForce GTX 780Ti (3GB)
    NVidia GeForce GTX 980 (4GB)
    NVidia GeForce GTX 1080 (8GB)

I'm pretty much stuck on "team green" now, though. PhysX, for the few things which support it, is too nice to just give up on - even if it is just a gimmick.

Definitely learned along the way that I should pay more attention to research, though. The TNT2 family was known to have issues with the ALI-V chipset I was using on my K6-2, and the FX series was well known to be a turkey, yet I still wound up with both. Odd that no-one picked up on the GeForce DDR thing, though, and there wasn't really enough information to save me from trying the dedicated PhysX card (would have just gone with a 680 otherwise, or saved the cash).

Geforce 6800 LE (unlocked to 16p5v)
    Geforce 6800 GT
    Geforce 7950 GT
    Geforce 8800 GT
    Geforce GTX 260
    HD 4870 X2
    HD 5870
    HD 5870 Crossfire
    HD 7970
    Geforce GTX 980 TI

Then a few more as spares / secondaries
    Geforce 7800 GTX
    Geforce 8800 GTX
    Geforce GTX 460

The almost cards, in basket, ready to order, or a issue.

Geforce FX 5800, and then FX 5900 (multiple times, remember really wanting to upgrade, but FX lack luster effort, and ATI 9700 / 9800 being out of reach, managed to hold out somehow)
R9 290x (bought, paid, waited, wasnt dispatched, then cancelled)

Guess 2004 - 2012 were my peak years, the 7970 lasted a while, and this 980 TI will prob stay until the latter 2018, although i do glace at the 1080 TI more than i should.

    Radeon 7870XT
iris pro 6200 for 1 month and then
    R9 Fury
    RX Vega 64

Best for me was at the time riva, then geforce 256, then later radeon 9700, 6850 was super and 7870xt same. Best game experience at the time owed. Fury is soso...Vega, ehh...
In next 2 months I am planing to buy 1080ti, fury is too much handbreake for, me, especially as I saw same games runs 40-60% faster on Vega with my setup.

Bit of a newbie to the PC scene, so I went from -

    Geforce 5700LE
    HD6950 Crossfire
    GTX680
    GTX780
    GTX980 SLI
    GTX980Ti SLI
    GTX1080Ti

My experience of GTX980 SLI was so good I went with a 980Ti SLI setup, but I sort of regret that as after about 8 months SLI support for newer titles was awful...
