Sounds like you don't have the Registry 'PowerPlay' modification in place. Search various guides on how those work. You'll need to reset your card(s) after applying.
can you please fix the downloads i cannot download this program as an exe file. it's this .7z file please fix this thanks!
7zip is a very common compression scheme, much like .zip or .rar. You can download it from http://www.7-zip.org/
I have this tool working very well for 3 RX Vega64s. However, I am adding 4 RX580s and having problems. The tool sees the RX 580, but I cannot seem to get the tool to set the minimum fan speed. The fans do not spin at all. They are functioning as the do spin on boot up briefly. Please help!
In ODT my fans come on around 53C and shut off at 45C no matter how high the min RPM or low Temp is set. Try shutting them off in ODT and have AB control them if you want a constant speed like I do.
I would love you if you could make this apply to Radeon Pro Duo(Polaris, in particular). AMD blocks Radeon Pro cards that are in Crossfire from Wattman. All I want to do is really just increase power limit but OCing would be nice. Currently the tool fails to apply to my card. Thank you! You're a wizard! Radeon Pro Duo Polaris is now both overclockable and power limit friendly! I also set the highest score for my card in Time Spy bench mark, and beat my previous Superposition score lol
It seems that the order of the GPU's (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) don't match up with the same order as other software. What order are the GPU's displayed in?
Which software? It was reported by people that sorting by bus number is correct. Same is in Afterburner or GPU-Z.
I'm using this with mining and use Claymore miner and Amazing Miner (which just maps the GPU numbers from Claymore). Here's how the current mapping is: (claymore -> overdriventool) GPU0 -> gpu2 GPU1 -> gpu5 GPU2 -> gpu3 GPU3 -> gpu4 GPU4 -> gpu1 GPU5 -> gpu6 I have a bat file that maps the profiles to the gpu's in overdrive: `OverdriveNTool.exe -r1 -p1"gpu1" -r2 -p2"gpu2" -r3 -p3"gpu3" -r4 -p4"gpu4" -r5 -p5"gpu5" -r6 -p6"gpu6"` Overdrive includes my integrated graphics, which explains why it's +1, but the mappings still don't seem to align up. I'll check with claymore as well.
Nevermind. I've figured it out. You need to use double digits when its more than ten cards in the system.
Anyone able to help with this? I'd really like to get this .bat file working. It works perfect with my one system that has only 1 Vega 64 in it but not on my othermultiple GPU systems.
Got aquestion about P values for mV. I'm using the Vega 64 profile but when I hit apply one of my cards changes the P0,P2,P3,P4,and P5 states to another value. Changes from the 900 mV defined in the profile to 850, 950,1000,1050, 1100. It's only one card. All the rest hold the settings.
Do you know that your tool is only tool that is currently actually usable for overclocking? Great work. Thank you. However now i'm on the crossroad if I should return all AMD cards I bought or not.
