    Resolved Issues

    • Radeon Settings Video tab may disappear on some hybrid graphics system configurations after a reboot
    • AMD XConnect™ Technology enabled system configurations may experience an intermittent system hang on hot plug.
    • GPU Display scaling may fail to enable when desktop resolution is set very low.
    • Region recording in Radeon ReLive will continue to record when the region window is closed.
    • 3x1 display configurations may experience instability during Eyefinity creation or during gaming.
    • Ark Survival Evolved™ may experience heavy flickering or corruption when enabling the performance metrics overlay in Windows®7.
    • A black screen may be experienced when running full screen games on the Samsung CF791 Radeon FreeSync enabled display.
    • Netflix™ playback in a browser or via UWP application may experience stutter.
    • Radeon Overlay performance metrics may appear and disappear intermittently during updates.
    • Color Temperature controls may change colors on the incorrect display when using the reset option.
    • Star Wars™: Battlefront II may experience graphical corruption in some areas of the game.
    Known Issues

    • Radeon Settings may experience a hang when enabling AMD CrossFire with three or more graphics products.
    • Trimming videos may fail to create a thumbnail if the video contains non-English characters.
    • Flickering may be observed on the performance metrics overlay when Enhanced Sync is enabled on some Radeon FreeSync connected displays.
    • Performance Metrics Overlay may hang if enabled when cycling display power off and on.
    • The "Reset" function in Radeon Settings for Display, ReLive, and Video may not work as intended when using Radeon Settings in certain regional languages.
    • Radeon WattMan may intermittently fail to load profiles for Radeon RX Vega on the global Radeon Wattman page.
    • Rise of the Tomb Raider™ may experience an intermittent application hang during gameplay.
    • A random system hang may be experienced after extended periods of use on system configurations using 12 GPU's for compute workloads.
    • The GPU Workload feature may cause a system hang when switching to Compute while AMD CrossFire is enabled. A workaround is to disable AMD CrossFire before switching the toggle to Compute workloads.

Finally! It was mentioned as fixed in 17.12.1 but it wasn't, now I can confirm, Netflix is smooth as butter like it was in drivers 17.7.2 and before. No more system stutter! :D

17.50.07.01 from December 17th compared to 17.50.02 from December 6th in the previous driver.

    Crossfire profile changes:

    F1 2017
    PlayerUnknown's BattleGrounds
    Star Wars Battlefront 2

    DXX profile changes:
    Need for Speed Payback (Added.)

    PXDynamic profile changes:
    Forza Motorsport 7 (Exe name, forzamotorsport7.exe from forza_uap_release.exe )
(Also done for the CHILL profile for the game, guessing the devs renamed the exe in a later update?)

EDIT: So yeah first of the bug fix drivers after 17.12.1 "Adrenaline" with some pretty good fixes though still a number of known issues.

No idea if the hardware vertex issue is resolved, seems to affect primarily older games but even so it seems pretty important.

For those using Win8.1 64bit: these 17.12.2 (Win7 64bit driver version of course) are working just fine on Win8.1 64bit. Just did an install and test of these 17.12.2 on one HTPC running Win8.1 64bit paired with R7 360 and not a single problem so far.

Thanks for reporting. It would be great if the W10 driver started supporting the latest 1607 LTSB too.

Driver 17.12.2 for Win7 64bit installed on Win8.1 64bit, simple install process without anything modified on drivers or Windows side. Did that few times before with few previous ReLive drivers and never had or saw any issues.

Somewhere I've found and wrote down what needs to be modified in Win10 64bit drivers so that these can be installed in Win8.1 64bit but didn't wanted to bother with it.

With this driver I could, again, disable Crossfire per game. Something I could not do since, oh, 16.something... and had to disable Crossfire globally for old misbehaving games. Anyways, good driver indeed.

Same here, but still missing that "GPU Workload" switch and filled another bug report about it. Hope they will fix it,

I'm playing games only, so not a big deal for me.

Wonder if it plays nicely with Afterburner via Radeon 7870 on Windows 7 64 (or win 8.1/10) cause as it stands as of late every Crimson driver I have tried from when they first switched to crimson to the version I am currently using seems to not hit the full clock speeds on the core (sometimes not core or memory) AMD needs to put more "performance states" or something to keep power/thermals/performance in check.

Either way, my card default is 1050 core 1200 memory, most if not all the crimson based drivers it will NOT keep the clock speeds I set but automatically jump from 150/300 to 450/1200 to 650/1200, using non crimson I can keep my minimum clocks that I set, or the "lower clocks" I choose such as 525/600 (at same volts as AMD sets for 150/300) I could use 650/900 even 1050/1250 at 1.125v instead of the default 1.219.

Would like to try the new drivers, but, to not be able to properly use Afterburner not happy as "wattman" or even overdrive I personally find them either quirky as hell or too limiting ^.^

I felt the same but installed them regardless. And they behave the same, scores are the same. Gameplay in fallout 4 seems snappier when moving around but that could just be my imagination.

If these drivers contain game fixes, I feel it's about time amd introduces small patches as hot fixes. Saves me from uninstalling and reinstalling.
