    Installed on two separate systems with no issues. Both systems just recently were formatted and had a clean install of Windows 10 Red Stone 3.

    Still now BF2 SLI support? This and the previous update said that it was included, but between both it's been the same thing and it's not working. I've got 3 hours left in my EA access and like the galactic battles... so I'm gonna save them until it's working. Sucks that they can't get it working right.

    The bureau xcom declassified

    Stutters really bad by streaming new level (part of the map, e.g. next room), is there a way to fix this or a driver issue?

    Happens by both dx9 and đx11.

    Almost forgot about u3e physx stream stutter -_-

    edit:
    Ok I tried this Large page 4GB hack again, and it seemed to fixed it,
    https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/performance-boost-for-most-games.389072/

    I didnt play long enough, but it looked better when I entered new rooms @ dx9, dx11 seems to have some OSD issues and I can't see whats going on there, it has more fps drops by lots of particles though
    [IMG]

    Here it droped a lot ~50ish fps area, but it didnt look smooth., unless I disabled DSR 1440p and played at 1080p. dx9 is managable 90-95% same spot @ 1440p dsr.

    Just wanted to share an issue haunting me for several drivers now. I have reported the issue now as I finally found the source:

    Turning on Anisotropic-Filtering (globally) from NVCP is causing rendering artifacts in both Google Chrome (only when turning on Hardware-Acceleration) and Geforce Experience application (which I believe is chromium based with HW acceleration in place). these artifacts are very apparent (pink flavored in Chrome and green flavored in GE) and appears all over the applications windows, rendering them unusable. apparently setting Anisotropic-Filtering back to Application-controlled immediately eliminated the issue.

    Probably the best way around it is disabling AF for the affected programs.

    Really? I always set AF 16x (Global) & hardware acceleration also enabled in Google Chrome. So far I didn't noticed anything yet.

    If you use the demo/trial you have to add the trial exe to the SWBF2 profile. They use a separate exe for the trial.

    Hi,

    There is actually a fix for this, hunt the steam forums as it's well documented in one of the threads. It has to do with an older version of physx the devs used. You need to update a dll file which in turn fixes the stutter.

    Edit-
    Here is the fix

    Thanks, I already tried that

    Although I dont have crashes, well I had in dx9 if I changed xengine.ini too much, dx11 worked , dx9 crashed.. But it stuttered, typical u3e+physx streaming stutter, batman arkham asylum had it too, or Alice Madness returns, Borderlands, Dark Void, Cryostasis, The Secret world..

    And by all those older games this Large page trick fixed it, I remember the secret world it was really bad how it stuttered, almost every 5-10sec, this fix cured completely, couldn't belive it back then.

    I also changed these lines in xEngine.ini cfg file (game directory), lowered some raised others

    [Engine.Engine]
    MaxFluidNumVerts=524288

    MaxParticleVertexMemory=263944
    PhysXGpuHeapSize=128
    PhysXMeshCacheSize=16

    [SystemSettings]
    ApexGRBGPUMemSceneSize=256
    ApexGRBGPUMemTempDataSize=256

    Tested these with Total warhammer 2 ,

    388.31 (average fps)
    1st:56,9
    2nd:56,8
    3rd:56,6

    388.41 (average fps)
    1st:58,3
    2nd:58,4
    3rd:58,4

    Campaign map was 68,1 on 388,31 and 69,9 on 388,41

    So and in all a very minor improvement in fps but hey i'll take what i can get.

    I've only shut down once since installing this set of drivers but I had a message saying windows is waiting for UXDservice to shut down which I had never seen before. Don't know anything about it either. Will update if I find anything on it.

    core and memory get stuck at base speeds with no 3D applications running, doesn't appear to be happening with 388.31

    EDIT: still happening with 388.31

    i've rolled back to 388.31 drivers because of the stuck core/memory speeds, haven't seen that message with the 388.31's

    EDIT: discovered it was win 10 apps that started running in the background that were kicking the core/mem speeds up. I had "Prefer max performance" in the Global settings in NCP, changed it to "Optimal" has sorted the issue
