This is not a problem actually. Latencymon was developed for professional audio applications. Nobody except for its devs knows what that "interrupt to process latency" means. Most probably it means the latency between interrupt of audiocard and the moment when audio program gets the audio data.

Anyway only thing you can change with MSI mode is ISR routine execution. And we see pretty good (low) value of 36 microseconds.

Btw, you can test this my assumption by the external USB soundcard. If it will sound correctly then your onboard card suffers from bad isolation from emanations inside the case.

I was getting noise feedback when I was moving my mouse, playing video games would really make the noise stand out... doing anything really on my pc, it had been bugging me for a while so I stripped down my whole pc, even dismantling the case "Antec 900".. took every part apart then put it all back together, and then the noise was gone.

The only thing I can think of that was changed when putting it all back together was the thermal paste on the cpu / watercooler.... I was using Arctic Silver 5 before, but this time I couldn't find it so I borrowed my brothers tube of thermal paste, it's like a white paste, can't remember what it's called but.. yeah.... I think the watercooler was interfering with the system some how and now with the new paste the copper of the block isn't touching the cpu like before... That's my theory at least.

Has anyone ever seen something like this before?

Has nothing to do with paste.
    That makes zero sense technically.

As for paste, generic white stuff is junk, make sure temps are ok

    Temps are fine...

Can the copper of the water block interfere with a cpu / motherboard? like.... if I had done the Arctic Silver too thin and little bits of copper was touching the cpu could that cause that kind of electrical static?

I'm not sure what else could have been causing it, it was the only thing that changed.

Electricity is the science of contacts. May be something did shortcircuit to something.

That is what I was thinking, although if it was not the watercooler then I'm not sure what else it could have been...

No it would not cause interference

Do not touch this column "limit" at all. Especially if your rig works normally.

Because we know for sure what means the switching between legacy Line mode and new MSI mode, but we know in theory (and pretty vaguely) what means to limit the number of messages (used simultaneously per one device). Standard has its own (default) limit for number of messages. With the value in column "limit" you can go further and decrease the limit to any lower value.

When value in column "limit" is not specified it only means that device driver developers did not set specific limit on messages per device. We are even not sure whether device uses (or can use) multiple messages simultaneously.

When value in column "limit" is specified it only means that device driver developers did set specific limit on messages per device. And again we are not sure whether device uses multiple messages simultaneously. We are sure that such device can do it. And that specific limit pre-defined by device manufacturer is completely intrinsic parameter meant to read only by plug-and-play subsystem of OS kernel.

I don`t understand your question. I see that MSI mode is on for all devices that can support it. Have you clicked any devices into MSI mode? If yes then have you rebooted after you applied changes in utility?

And btw if you take screenshots with <Print Screen> key (on keyboard) you can take a screenshot of only current active app window with <Alt>+<Print Screen> combination.
