Didn't had any problems with 0810 either but decided to give 0812 a try and so far so good, 0 issues, seems to be as good as the previous one at least.

Great to hear overall stability issues are gone with new Agesa code 1.0.0.6 :) , keep reporting and sharing your findings guys. Thank you.

    Kind Regards: Chispy

Upgrading from 1300X to the 1500X, not a big leap but should improve performance in some games by a good chunk. I was able to find a trustworthy video of these 2 compared in games.
1500X was in some games i play 20fps ahead of the 1300X. :D

Along with it i ordered the NZXT Kraken X52, i wanted the 140mm version but it was out of my price range.

Does it support AM4 ? or did you need to get a separate bracket for it ?

Yes it comes with an AM4 bracket, it should say RL-KRX52-02 as model number wich includes it.
If it says RL-KRX52-01, then it doesn't include the AM4 bracket.

Is there any reviews for the 1900x yet?

Also does threadripper have the same ram problems that I am reading everywhere when using over 3200mhz?

Also people are saying that threadripper has lots more latency than ryzen, is this negated by the NUMA setting, or is it just inherant to the design, does the reduced latency setting limit ram speeds above 3200mhz?

I saw the slides amd released comparing the 1800x to the 1900x. It showed the 1800x winning by a slight margin in some of the slides.

They have the same number of cores, but the 1900x has quad channel memory and a 200mhz higher base clock....how is that even possible...

    few things,
the 1800x has a latency advantage due to all of the cores being on the same die , really depends on the software whether or not that has a big effect. 1800x with 2933mhz-3200mhz isn't memory starved in most applications, so quad channel should have little effect on performance in those applications.

threadripper should run 3600mhz ram relatively easily, after all, gksill is offering 3600mhz kits specifically for threadripper.

I would think the 1900x is mainly for those who want large amounts of ram(128gb) and /or io(64 pcie lanes) , but dont need the high core counts. its a rather niche product imo, which is probably why( i assume) amd hasn't sent out review samples.

I just ordered the AsRock X370 Killer SLI/ac and a 1500x. Was $335 total cause of newegg tax on Tennessee in the US and came with a free $50 case I wont use for this build but put my i7 3820 rig in it. Im selling my 3930k setup. No way I could go with a 4 thread quad core from a 3930k. I will get a R7 1700(X) later on and put the 1550x in my HTPC with a really cheap board. I really need to the replace that q6600 in it lol. I already have a 212 Evo in a drawer, so it was $7 shipped for the am4 bracke for it. So hopefully I can hit 4ghz with the 1500x and the evo 212.

I still havent decided on ram. I have to wait a few days to make some extra money for the ram. I cant find any nice white kits for under $150 that are at least 2900 mhz+. I paid $110 for my 4x4gb 1866 DDR3 HyperX ram in 2015.

I have a Ryzen 1700 oced to 3.80GHz with 1.40V as my ASRock AB350M Pro4 does not have LLC, but it is rock stable as the vdrop goes to around 1.37V. The RAM that is has is the G.Skill TridentZ based on the Hynix SK die and its a 2x8GB kit and with the latest BIOS update I was able to use it up to 2,933MHz and 15-15-15-28 timings and it is rock steady as I tested it with memtestx86 latest ISO build. I didn't won the silicon lottery as this CPU uses high power and runs hot with Prime95 but it is stable, and also the RAM wasn't Samsung B dies like I thought it was but it works good, just some information for similar buyers.

Got my 1500X running at 4ghz and 1.440v, with the NZXT X52 it sits on 25c idle and 52c after playing a round of BF1 Operations on the new Russian DLC.
I uninstalled HWmonitor, BF1 always crashes my PC with it enabled somehow...? It hasn't crashed yet after an hour of playing and some other CPU intensive games.

But i have read somewhere that some sensors could crash your PC.

Use hwinfo64 not that old ass hwmonitor.
Shouldn't have any issues with hwinfo

Nice find OnnA , thank you for the update :) , me wants Agesa code 1007 to play with ;) , i'm good with agesa 1006 but newer 1007 should bring more memory compatibility and support.

I'm currently using NZXT's CAM software, i love it and looks really clean and monitors/records everything i do even games with timestamps/temps/avg fps and so on.

Example in a round of 64p Operations:

I'm really lucky that my current OC is stable, any and i mean ANY slight little bump would crash my PC and it won't boot anymore unless i reset cmos.

I found out some chips could reach 4.1/4.2ghz stable, so i wanted to give it a try but i guess i lost the lottery on this one.
But 4ghz is more then enough anyway, so i'm done tweaking and leave it as is.

Also glad to see my CPU isn't hitting above 60% usage even in the most CPU intensive games like BF1.
So i have no idea how high the temps will get when it does hit 100% usage on all cores.

After a power outage for several days, finally the power got back and now my system wouldn't boot properly. So I relaxed the timings a bit and now it works. It is quite odd as before, it passed the memtestx86 test routines with 8 passes. Now the RAM still at 1.35V at 2,933MHz but the timings are 16-18-18-36, SOC voltage at 1.10V, CPU Vcore as of 1.40V with 1.36Vdrop. Rock steady for now.
