GeForce 385.41 - WHQL driver Download & Discussion

Spoiler tag in the off chance somebody hasn't played it and is in this thread. How long was that session? My freezes always happened somewhere between 45-70 minutes of play. Freeze, my buddy was kicked, he would wait for me to reload and we would try again. I rolled back to 382.53 and we have done Horde 1-50 on normal twice (2.5 hours) and 1-50 on hardcore once (3 hours) with no issues. I might try these driver after my next full backup. Thanks.

About 45 minutes. Then the areas before that are about an hour or so, and I did that yesterday with no issues, but that was with the previous drivers 385.28.

 

Ok this driver is a POS.....

completely causes a error with netflix on latest opera build cant view due to error code :

And also when using windows 10 built in netflix app it works but it causes a display corruption issue and you have to hard reset
happens when going full screen and windows and vice versa....

going to have to revert back what a waste of time.... they break more than they fix.

 

I can't test the Win 10 Netflix app as I'm running LTSB but Netflix plays fine with Firefox and this driver, maybe Opera needs patching?

EDIT - Just installed the latest Opera build and netflix works fine, no errors here

 

Driver feels a little more sluggish than 385.28 in BF1. Not saying the driver is bad, but it's not as smooth and as fast 385.28.

 

Hitting Apply is still the same The rest does feel a little snappier.

I once again done a minimalistic install, which i have been doing for the past 4 or 5 Drivers.

Are those your own benchmarks dr_rus? Have you tried the beta Vulkan drivers?

 

Coincidentally it only happens on HDMI on DVI it's fine

 

Yes and no. I doubt that a slight bump in Vulkan API version support by the driver will do anything.

These run just as good as 385.28 ...WD2 and Witcher3 gameplay is real smooth.Firestrike gave me more or less the same score.

 

Same here, I don't like all the baggage that comes with a regular install. Working fine so far

 

RTSS is broken with these drivers once again. You can see GPU usage, and core clock, memory clock is wrong.

Using RTSS 7.0.0 beta 26 with AB 4.4.0 beta 12
