On the driver 17.7.1 there are no problems with a resolution of 21:9 (2560x1080, 3200x1080, 3200x1100, etc.) on the usual FullHD, 16:9 monitor, and in the last driver there is, although 1920x720 is displayed normally with black bars on the top and bottom as And should be.

I think this is related to the transfer of video settings to the basic interface, and it is possible that the preservation of the aspect ratio does not work with VSR (non-standard resolution in the form of 2560x1080 written manually)

Hopefully the QA guys over at AMD have done their job this time, before releasing 17.8 to the public, because I would hate to see another low effort driver, that hangs my desktop and never wakes up my monitor.

17.8.1 is still one week away (8/14/17) to the public. reviewers will get 17.8.1 (Press Driver) this week to review RX Vega.

Give beta 16 a try. In think I've added a workaround, allowing you to bypass this issue without forcibly disabling low-level hardware access on Hawaii:

There are no changes for Tahiti, otherwise it would be reflected in the release notes.

Are you sure it is not something on your end? The color controls are present on my polaris 480 modded to 580 and also my really old HD 7770.

On my display over HDMI (R9 290) the color settings lack the "temperature" as I see in a screenshot above. What's up with that?

Does anyone else notice a pretty drastic delay in start up times when launching a game utilizing an ENB while having Chill enabled?
