Right, does that look like a stapler? Apacer launches the PT920 Commando, a PCI-Express SSD built in the add-on card form-factor, with PCI-Express 3.0 x4 host interface.... Apacer Launches PT920 Commando PCIe NVMe SSD
LOL omg indeed it does look like a giant stapler. Kinda silly. Nobody buys a silly product. Unless youre a kiddo and have access to dads bank account. I wish they told us the full list of things they wanted it to look like. Stapler Machine Gun Race Car Spaceship Calculator etc
Haha, that was funny. I looked at the picture, and thought it's a stapler. Then I read the article's first sentence and it states the same thing. I guess that can be called successful product design: Easy to recognize!
Just for info the nickname of the commando rifle with short gun and short light butt used when i was in army... was the stapler But what an awfull PCIe NVMe SSD... even if good i wouldn't buy it.
Good product p. r. they got you to talk about them. Any kind of press is good press. I kinda like it.They took the heatsink and made it look like the upper receiver to the M-16. I don't have a problem with that. The product is aimed at gamers, so they were going for the bling factor. Silly yes, but they are trying to be recognized in the vast sea of ssd's. https://www.facebook.com/my2016.apacer/videos/839752732840267/
hmmmm The 1st thing that came to my mind after reading the name "Commando".... was that it looked like the carrying handle of an M16/M4 etc. After reading what the Reviewer describes as it looking like a stapler..... that`d be a bigger stretch. To me it looks more like the M16/M4 carry handle. hehhhehhhe Had the end been open like an actual stapler, then maybe. lol
