it;'s a shame there is no more crytek usa, because they gave us the farcry 1, and the crysis franchise, and they were the only studio to try and revolutionise graphics and break the barrier, i don t know which studio is gonna take over now..
I'm not a fan of Crytek in general, but if they pull off a game that feels like PCGamer are suggesting I'll be picking it up.

FarCry and Crysis were developed by the main studio in Germany. Crytek USA was only open for about a year, founded after THQ went bankrupt and nobody bought Vigil.
I don't think it was and I even double checked this time The original Crytek who developed Far Cry and Crysis are based in Germany and still around, and are the ones who have taken over the work on this game.
People in this thread need to see mainstream responses to this release/unveiling. People on the youtube releas video basically all said 'why even make this game, what is the point'/'crytek will go completely bankrupt after this' The only positive comment I saw was that that it was the best darkness visuals they have seen, that the lighting was good. Basically the same fpr every crytek game....that the game looks terrible anf that the graphics look good. Crysis 1 was good, crysis 3 was ok....everything else they have made has been beyond garbage besides the visuals. The only reason anyone played crysis 2 more than once was because it looked amazing. They have dug themselvez a tunnel straight to bankrupsy. I cam't even think what their other non crysis game was called, I certainly didn't waste my time playing it....homeland, homefront....home( one small step for financial collapse ).
Open world? PvP and PvE? EA? I will literally get myself hit by a raging bull off the top of a cliff in piranhas infesting water if there are no microtransactions whatsoever. Weapon skins, clothing and different character skins WILL be in the game upon release- guaranteed.
Love the Crysis games,this game is so far out of my league.I would not last 5 minutes at any level.Ticks a lot of boxes and looks great and the sound is crazy frigging awesome good.Should be a winner but not much buzz about the game. Check out the sound in this video
