So, basically that was Wolfenstein Enemy Territory but on the COD engine. KINDA. Not impressed honestly. Hell, even the map resembles the objectives of Caen, a map from ETW
Will there be zambies? I can't remember if there will or not.... all the cod announcements seem to blur into one another because the games are released so often.
Yes, there will be a zombies mode. But, I don't care. I haven't touched the zombies mode since Black Ops, and even then... I only played it for about an hour and never went back. I'm in to this game for the campaign alone. Sledgehammer did a great job with Advanced Warfare, and going back to WWII is great. Also, ditching regen health in favor of a standard health bar/pick ups... is a great move.
I still play WaW from time to time, which had the best maps in the series (in my opinion). Slower movement speed and no jet packs is a big plus.
I was quite interested after initial trailer at E3 then i saw gameplay....it looks so bad! Animation, sounds, textures...Mode actually looks quite fun with objectives, but gameplay. yea its a miss for me again! Looks like game made by amateurs compare to BF1 and im not even fan of BF1
All they've shown is MP, right? Meh. I'll wait for the campaign gameplay, seems that's were they are putting their main focus.
MP is their main focus since years, so no. Not to mention those super scripted SP Missions, ugh. BF's SP is beating CoD's by miles.

Yeah I've watched it. I thought it played ok. At least they are trying to spice it up a bit with new stuff. Sadly though the multiplayer looks like it will get boring very quickly.
Advanced Warfare beat the crap out of BF3 and 4's campaign easily. And since this game is being made by the same guys that made AW... I'll stick with that. BF's SP hasn't been beating anything. Last good one was Bad Company 2, and even that was a little "eh" when compared to the previous game's campaign.
actually yes, AW had good sp, and u can't compare it with bf3 and 4 campaigns which are abysmal at best, we all know BF is a multiplayer game first and foremost, no focus on campaign since bad company 2, and last good cod sp campaign was actually AW.
Thought it looked pretty awfull. Magic bridges...shouting women..supressors on mp40's? Le sigh. Still maybe a game on sale for the sp as it stands. p.s WW2 Shouldnt need "spicing up" unless you want arcade/fantasy. Ooops that's cod...
BF dont need focus on campaign to beat cod campaign. If you like all those scripted boom boom and enemy waves, Michael bay **** call of duty is for you. And how you define a good campaign? By its story? Everything BF3, BF4 and BF1 have is 1000x better than anything cod has offered me the last 10 years.
Sorry, but BF3's campaign is the most cliche, by the numbers, stock and standard military story you could flush out. Yes, Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare series... it definitely is Michael Bay beyond a doubt. But, Advanced Warfare, actually has characters, pacing, plot... key moments. It works, it flows... it balances out. And it's far less scripted then BF3 ever was. It's okay if you like BF, but... trying to bolster their lackluster campaigns just because "CoD sucks" is a bit much. Some of the CoD games are bad. But Black Ops, AW... damn good games.
we could argue the whole day about this, but cod black ops, ghosts and AW the last good campaigns in COD, bf3 and bf4 campaigns don't even compare.
