    Very good game! No 21:9 support and visually low contrast design though.

    Yeah the game can look pretty good at times though there's still a bit of aliasing in the above images and the lighting can come across as a bit flat at times though I do like the touch with how the station rotates which means shadows move around as to match the position of the sun.

    Or well it's probably the skybox that rotates around the station as per Cry-Engine and it's time-of-day system but it's working pretty nicely as to not make the environment feel too static even in space.


    As for said aliasing SMAA T2X works fairly well in motion but a bit of VSR (Or DSR for Nvidia.) would help to clean things up further though it will tank framerate even if the game is running pretty nicely with the current settings I'm using.
    (Which is basically max and then some config tweaks here and there.)

    Those proficient with ReShade can probably get a bit more out of the colors and effects like depth of field as well, I generally just use SMAA if the game doesn't support some type of AA and deband to clean out banding artifacts though their severity varies from game to game.
    (The NeoGaf screenshot thread has a couple of nice high-res shots from the game now too.)


    EDIT: The art style chosen also makes some objects look in-between plastic and metallic when it comes down to highlights, specularity and reflections and the characters models can be a bit cartoon like or how to describe it, this kinda works with how Arkane has always had their visual style but not everyone will like how it looks. (Though well some objects are plastic and others are metallic while some are cloth or leather, PBR does make materials stand out a bit although some games implement it better than others heh.)

    From old man souls in Lords of the Fallen to well pretty much the same but with some futuristic setting instead, seems fun so far though pretty simple but with a few twists such as cutting off enemy limbs for their parts so you can use them yourself.
